Very good food and great value for money. The mushroom starters went down very well and all the mains, including my sea bass were delicious. The service was good and the bill reasonable. The owner introduced herself to us as she hadn’t seen us before which was a nice gesture. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food and service. Great selection of beers and drinks. The pie of the day was our choice and weren’t disappointed. The banoffee cheesecake was delicious!!! I recommend the Lord C , you won’t regret it.

The service was attentive and not intrusive The space around the tables was ideal, that is not intrusive but friendly to the establishment. As president of USA said in world war 2 in the Pacific "I will Return."

First time here and it’s our new favourite place to eat. Food was incredible. We had a pizza, a steak and cheese pie and a burger with fries. Two coffees and three cokes. Great value and delicious. Nice and clean and cozy and friendly. We’ll be back. Thanks to everyone who worked there in Saturday 11th May 2024.

I booked for a special birthday meal. I appreciate how busy it had been, but there were many choices that were not available. The desserts again had practically ran out as had the spoons it appears as we were told there were only soup spoons that we could use. Whilst the staff were pleasant, we had to go looking for them on more than one occasion. It was a shame my event clashed with a music event that was also being held. Overall it was just an average experience not the special meal that I had chosen the venue for. I can see the next question is about would I recommend the venue to a friend. I wouldn’t if they wanted to visit whilst another event was on as I don’t think they can cope, if no other event on, I would give a second chance.
