Of course if I bump the loathing, I could make it to The LOLA for Brunch at 9 am" 🍹 Indulge in Festive Holiday Cocktails 🍽️ Delight in Christmas and The Grinch Inspired Foods 🎁 Immerse Yourself in Decked Out Xmas Decorations 🎉 Watch out for The Grinch! He makes his appearance every 90 minutes! 9-11am is recommended for children and families - after 11am it is our more boozy fun brunch! Children may still come in this time slot but please beware the volume difference, drinking of Grinch beverages, and dancing!

Our server was really great and nice, she apologized for the long waits on everything. The drinks and food took along time to come out and not great. We all got different drinks and they all just tasted like the same sugar water, no flavors. Food was already cold by the time it got out, I got the huevos rancheros and the tostadas were not crunchy and the fries were super oily. The place was nothing like the photos or instagram. Save time and money and find another Christmas brunch place. Not impressed at all.

We were seated a full hour after our reservation time, and by the time our food finally arrived, they were already doing last call. To make matters worse, one of our meals was forgotten, and when we ordered the Grinch Pancake Board—featured as green in all their promotional videos—it was just regular pancakes. The service was painfully slow, and our server seemed unfamiliar with both the food and drink menu. While the Grinch experience itself was enjoyable, the $20 per person VIP “experience” felt significantly overpriced for what we received. Overall, a disappointing visit.

They said we had a 10 minute grace period. Our reservation was 1:30pm and we got there at 1:40pm, we had to wait until 2pm to be seated, got seated in the back corner, took 30 minutes to get our first drink we paid for in our our VIP tickets. We ordered food & drinks and asked for all the food to come in. Some food was served then we got told it was last call and we hadn’t even gotten our actual meals. Don’t recommend, there’s better events in phx for brunch.

We came here for the Grinch brunch. The vibe/ambience was a 10, and our waitress did the best she could with how busy it was. We had almost an hour wait with a reservation just to be seated. We ordered the chicken and waffles and half the chicken was way too crispy I couldn’t cut it with a knife. I also asked for honey hot wings and they brought mild but we were so hungry from the wait we kept them. Overall great to go for vibes and drinks but expect to wait.

Great food and great service. Had to wait a little past our reservation time as the website mentioned we might. Totally worth it!

Don’t do it! SO loud, bad service, gross drinks & food… paid for VIP & after 2 hours never saw the grinch. Kids were bored & bummed. Also, see photo for the tiny red light that was in my cocktail!! 🤯😳

This is not at all how they advertise. It’s not kid friendly and the experience was terrible. The service was so bad. We waited 25 minutes just to place our drink order. We asked several times for silverware and napkins. We eventually had to leave our table and find someone who would help us while our food was getting cold. They added the 20% gratuity so the server could have cared less, she was getting a tip regardless. 0/10 recommend this place! It’s horrible

I came here for the Grinch experience and it was amazing. I took my best friend. She had a great time as well as I had a great time. Drinks were really good. I actually found a DJ for her upcoming wedding so I am elated and we will be having her bridal shower here.

Brutal service despite being empty. Wagyu slliders and fries sent back, raw and cold. Took that off the bill, but no other discount was offered despite the awful experience. Never go here
