    We sat in corner and no fan or air conditioning was working . Complained about it but no resolution. Bathroom hand blower wasn’t working either Music was too loud to have conversation at own table . Floor was so sticky Not going back

    Great service. Chilaquiles are delicious as well as the breakfast burrito. Lively and loud, lots of birthdays.

    Lola is hands-down my favorite place for brunch in Phoenix. Every time I have an opportunity to have brunch I’m always suggesting the Lola! The brunch is amazing and so is Chef Rasco. He’s one of my absolute favorite people and his dishes are delicious! I also love Ashley . You definitely need to ask for her as a server. She is so attentive and she is just, full of life and so outgoing, I request her every time! And listen if you don’t know what to get, I’ll definitely suggest the chicken and waffles because they are fire 🔥

    Ask for to go boxes never got them and then when asked the waiter had already taken my food away & no to go boxes. Didn’t do anything to try and fix it

    Lola is literally my favorite place to have brunch in Phoenix! It’s always a vibe- great music & good food! Chef Roscoe is AMAZING!  I can’t wait to go back this weekend for their new brunch menu!  Even if you don’t live on the west side, it’s definitely worth the travel to get out there! They are definitely a 10 out of 10!

    NEVER again! The only thing awesome was the music. My family and I just walked out because the service was terrible! We had reservations at 11:45a and 30 minutes later, no drinks and no food. NEVER again. The waitress was delaying the order even more by trying to convince me not to order a flight of mimosas because the wait time is too long. Only come here if you have tons of patience. I tried to keep the money in the community✊🏾. N O P E‼️

    Where do we begin? Our waiter was on some sort of drug. He forgot conversations we had, couldn’t coherently take our order, forgot drinks, made extra drinks, dropped glasses, slurred his speech, had incorrect or no recall of our conversations, tried to close our tab for a second time, and on we could go. This might sound dramatic, but he was so obviously not sober. It was jarring to have a conversation with a person only for them to come back to your table 2 minutes later and forget they ever spoke to you. Getting drinks was such a struggle that we ended up deciding not to eat at Lola. Another table (the only other occupied table in an otherwise empty restaurant) similarly decided to close out because the one and only waiter on the floor was obviously not well.

    They were out if almost everything we attempted it order. The service was slow and they weren’t in sync. Went with a group of four. I was the most impacted as I was needing to eat gluten free, meatless and dairy free . I had to recommend my own option to see if they could accommodate. My inconveniences were rewarded to everyone else. Their drinks and appetizers were comped. But I was not drinking and all the appetizers had gluten so I couldn’t consume. I didn’t feel seen, understood ir valued.

    No wait with reservation. Service was awful server took have the tables order and we had to get someone else to finish the table Salads were warm and soggy and drinks were watered down. It was an unfortunate visit.
