The Locals Chelsea is a lovely, stylish cafe - we were made very welcome… service was excellent and the food was great… something for everyone. Healthy, well cooked food, great juices - and delicious fries, and sweet potato fries. Great place !

My friend and I had a lovely brunch on Saturday. The food menu is incredible and there are so many good & health options to choose from. The place was busy but it wasn't to noisy and we were served very quickly. Great spot for weekend hangouts with friends/family/partner.

We had a great brunch. The menu was fab, not too big but excellent choices to cover all preferences The staff were amazing too, attentive, helpful and completely on top of everything. We all loved it despite our different tastes and preferences. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again too 💕

We’ve always loved the food here, and it’s one of the main reasons we visit so often (along with the convenient location). However, we’ve noticed that the service in general & some items on the menu (fresh juices/ matcha pancakes) aren’t quite what they used to be… a bit disappointing.

Overall very good experience. Quality produce, good coffee and lovely decor. Recommend for brunch/lunch.

We waited 20 min to place our drink order, only because I asked someone and then We waited another 15 min to get a Bloody Mary and a grapefruit juice and between the time we arrived and we got our food at least 1 hour pass by. when the dish came no cutlery, I had to go and get it as the waiter could not be bothered to bring the cutlery, when I asked him he told me that he will bring it but instead went to clear a table. No apologies or sorry, the minimum should have been, we are sorry or an apology but nothing of that, like it was standard. It is great to have a good instagram account but the delivery was extremely poor. Eggs were not cooked a la minute as they were room temperature at best. I think the place is very disorganised from the service side as they did not look under staff, it was more a don’ t care attitude… not to say anything else. For sure I will never come back. I do not recommend it at all.

Went for Brunch on relatively quiet Sunday morning. Order was taken promptly but after sitting for 45 minutes without a further approach from a waiter we drew attention that we had received no food. They quickly scrambled to resolve the situation and we received the food about 10 minutes later. I understand errors can happen but if the staff had been attentive they should have been aware that our table had received nothing after such a long time. On receiving the bill they had knocked the service charge off. Big Deal!! Perhaps it was the overall disappointing experience but the food was very ordinary when it eventually arrived. I understand we might have been victim of an oversight but nevertheless, I wouldn’t hurry back.

The food was nothing more than average and the emphasis was on how it looked for Instagram, rather than how it tasted. Poached eggs on sourdough came on unbuttered bread. Everything was overpriced and service was slow. Wouldn’t bother going back.
