Welcome to The Local On The Lake! Located in historic Pultneyville NY, we offer a unique, New England vibe to include waterfront patio seating that looks across the hamlet’s Yacht and Sailing Clubs.

Going right along with our amazing/unique setting, we bring to you an eclectic collaboration of foods from some of the best in their fields…featuring delicious creations from Chef Eric LeVine and the Pizza Stop from Rochester NY.

With Chef Erics 40+ years of creating award winning restaurants, winning Long Island Best Chef 2023, appearing on Food Networks Chopped (yes he is a chopped champion) Chopped Champions, Beat Bobby Flay, Alex vs America, Chef Eric brings his passion, creativity and fun with food.

Our server was awesome! She was attentive, regularly checking in us, and kind. She repeated our order to us to ensure it was accurate. We had pizzas, wings, and pasta. Every single bite was absolutely delicious. It took us a while to get our food (and the app was served at the same time as our meals) but it was worth the wait. Delicious!

We were in Rochester for the eclipse and wanted to have a view of Lake Ontario. They had a limited menu because they are usually closed on Sundays. Only pizza and wings were available. The pizza is really good but we’d have loved a salad with our pizza. The lake view is mostly obstructed.

Lovely location on the marina in Pultneyville. Easy to make reservations. Food was good, nothing outstanding. Server was very nice, but the service was extremely slow, even though the dining area was not even close to full.

This is by far the best restaurant I have been to in a long trine! Fantastic view, superb service, outstanding food and comfortable welcoming feel. It just doesn’t get any better. Absolutely perfect!

We went to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We love going here because we are not 'dress up' people, and we can dress casually but still have wonderful ambience along with top notch Italian food. From the hand made pasta, to the handed down "Sunday Sauce" recipe, (you can add a hardboiled egg to your sauce!!!) every dish we've had is top notch. We are determined to work our way through the menu! Thank you to our wonderful server Chloe, and to Ragey for wonderful service!

Had pizzas and salads. Both pizzas very good, one white sauce, one red. Little skimpy on the toppings, but one of the better pizzas in the area, great crust. Shaken salad nice twist but too heavy on the dressing. Will go there again.
