This will be our second time eating at your place and the first time was so excellent that we went back again. Today we sat out on the patio and the service person was really quite good. We read the description of the shrimp and it was supposed to be on brioche. When it came to us, it was shrimp on a piece of bread, certainly not as pictured. We did not complain as there were two orders placed and we didn’t have time to wait for a replacement. The meal was quite frankly embarrassing in its presentation and quality. The shrimp actually tasted OK and have no problems with that however, the presentation was dismal to say the least. One good meal to tell people about and one to tell all people about that wasn’t good

I had high hopes, in spite of the Google reviews being on the lower end. But the ambiance looked like a good sign, so we gave it a shot. The service was friendly but a bit inattentive. The food was mediocre at best, nothing creative or particularly stand out. The fries that my friends ordered were over salted, and they were out of several beer types and tea types in spite of it being Friday service at 7pm. Would not go back.

Although the decor is stunningly, beautiful, the lobby has a long way to go in the overall experience for diners. I went for lunch with a friend last week and the tables are so close together. You have people flanking you on both sides. They are close enough that you can hear their conversation and can barely hear the person you are dining with. There is a large couch in the middle of the restaurant that was empty- however it would be better suited for more tables to be spaced out in that area. Right beside us was a lady on the bench seat who wasn’t feeling well, so she was lying down sideways on a pillow, almost touching my friend. It was very strange. There was a new fall menu out with lots of squash on the menu, I would like to see more variety. I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.

Lovely ambience, server was lovely and attentive but the food was slow to come out and way under seasoned. Had better steak at local chains.

Excellent addition to the Newmarket restaurant scene. Wonderful lunch in the lobby restaurant. Great service. Welcoming ambience. Will definitely go again. Next time will try the roof restaurant for dinner.

I had a lovely lunch the week prior, but this dinner occasion wasn't awesome, so an uneven experience overall between the 2 visits. As a newly opened restaurant, I'm sure there are a few things that need adjusting to create a consistently good experience. I'll likely give a try again in the future, though I'm not sure the others in my party feel the same, sadly.

Our server was delightful in the Lobby~ my entrée of the shrimp on a bun~ didn't look like the photo but it still delicious! the Caesar and the appetizer was spot on! AND a great wine selection! i wish the Sunday brunch mentioned on the web site was open as advertised~ Looking forward to our next visit!
