the food was excellent, the rest... well, we won't be back. During our visit on Saturday from 6 to 7:30 pm there was a shortage of everything: service staff, bottled sparkling water, IPA beer, or privacy. The tables are so close to each other, I could hear a person smacking his lips at a neighboring table. So if you prefer your partner quiet during a meal, you should consider this place. The washrooms are practically in the dining area, and in plain view of those who sit on the bench. So a person facing the inside of the restaurant gets to see the toilet frequently as people go and out of the bathroom. It took 40 minutes to get a beer after asking for it 4 times. We were not the only table suffering from the lack of service. There were three other parties sitting in our area, and all were getting frustrated with the wait times. We were looked after by 2 different waitresses, who were pleasant enough, but spent most of their time elsewhere. The shift manager who kept shuffling back and forth between The Lobby and Overlea upstairs could not care less about the lack of front line staff in The Lobby (there was no bartender at that time either.) At times we could see the kitchen staff walking out into the dining area looking for someone to pick up and deliver prepared meals, but somehow no one wanted to take charge of the situation and improve the service. To top it all off, we had to wait for 25 minutes to pay our bill, because there was an internal system problem and it required manager's involvement. So if you like good food, long wait times and eavesdropping on strangers' conversations, you should give The Lobby the old college try.

Lovely little spot for a girls outing! We are off of the breakfast menu and it was very good! Looking forward to their brunch once it arrives!

This is an absolutely stunning venue. It is well worth going for a drink & some food. Loved the overall atmosphere. We found our order was late in coming to our table as well as the bill. The server was very friendly.

The food was excellent quality but the luncheon menu was limited. It seemed some of the plates were more like appetizers than luncheon size.

Two of us had a light dinner here. The menu is very small and perhaps would benefit from some additional items. There were several dishes I wanted to have but they all contained nuts and I have an allergy. My friend doesn’t eat seafood so her choices were limited as well. The gnocchi was very nice, they were kind enough to leave off the pistachios for me. My fr had the chicken tenders which wet good but outside of a pub not a dish we would normally order. The service was very good. The room is in the lobby of the hotel and is very clean and modern and new. Not for a romantic dinner, more for a friendly drink and a quick bite. It has lots of potential. Will revisit .
