The food was way over priced and certainly did non "Wow" us. The service was excellent but the food was not

The Library Restaurant is a must for dining in the Myrtle Beach area. Chris and his team makes you feel like royalty as they provide first class service. The table side Caesar’s Salad is a must to compliment many of delicious food selections.

We bring our family to Myrtle Beach once a year, and the first reservation that I make is for The Library. The food is always excellent. Our server, Robert, is very knowledgeable about all of the food and wine, will make suggestions, and even asked the chef to make marinara sauce for our ten-year-old grandson, who loves spaghetti! (Spaghetti is not on their menu) I like to try different cocktails, and we were delighted with the one that we chose, and ordered wine, as well. I wish that we lived closer and were able to come more often, but it is a special treat when we are in Myrtle Beach!

This was one of our most outstanding dining experiences. Staff were amazing, food was presented beautifully and totally delicious. We will make it our anniversary spot annually

From the hostess to the wait staff, it was obvious that everyone who works at The Library is an expert in the cuisine and is indescribably proud of the restaurant, it’s history, and it’s incredible food! Looking around at the other patrons, it was as if everyone felt special just being there and having this fancy dinner. And it was special in the way fancy dinners used to be incredibly special before restaurants became copies of each other. I’d heard about The Library for years and so glad we finally dined there. I really see what all the fuss is about! Can’t wait to go back!!

It was our first time dining at The Library. We had a reservation for 7, but they sat us early. Our server was knowledgable and courteous. I had escargot for the first time and it was delicious. My partner and I had steaks (mine was cooked at the table) and we also took the recommendation for the champagne peach cheesesteak. A wonderful meal in a nice, quaint setting. Romantic and nostalgic.

We always enjoy coming here! Everytime I leave all I can think about is the salmon on the reef and when I can get it again 😂 we brought my mom for her birthday/ first visit and she loved it as well

This was a nice and fun atmosphere. After spending time outside exploring the area and the beach, it was nice to get cleaned up and have an elegant dinner. The Library theme gave the experience a bit of unique fun. The food was amazing as was the service. They were attentive but not annoyingly so. The server, Robert, provided great knowledge of the restaurant and menu.

Great drinks, and the filet was cooked tableside - amazing experience, and tasted amazing. $300 meal after tip, so it’s pricey, but well worth it. Plus, the piano bar next door was fun too
