3rd visit to the Library. Service is awesome with tableside Ceasars salad and steak Dianne . Drinks were excellent. Very pricey but you get what you pay for.

We had dinner at The Library last week and I woke up thinking about the she crab soup. I never do that. We had to come back this week too. What a wonderful small dining room and a wait staff that takes so much pride in their jobs.

The food was way over priced and certainly did non "Wow" us. The service was excellent but the food was not

This was our first time at The Library. We were here to celebrate our 23rd anniversary so we wanted to do something special. The staff did not know it was our anniversary, but we felt special from the time we walked through the door. Our server, Robert, was amazing. We did not even open the menus. He explained the food items so well, we were able to order with his recommendations and trust me, he was right. The food and wine were incredible. Robert was very attentive to us right down to pouring each glass of wine for us, even though the bottle was on the table. Watching him in action was like watching poetry in motion(pardon a cliche). He was so fluid as he moved about and took care of each of his tables. And last but not least, the host. This gentleman was incredible. He set the tone for our dining experience when he met us at the door. His regal attitude; posture carried the tone throughout the dining room for the duration of our night. If we can save up, we will go back next year for number 24.

The Library Restaurant is a must for dining in the Myrtle Beach area. Chris and his team makes you feel like royalty as they provide first class service. The table side Caesar’s Salad is a must to compliment many of delicious food selections.

We bring our family to Myrtle Beach once a year, and the first reservation that I make is for The Library. The food is always excellent. Our server, Robert, is very knowledgeable about all of the food and wine, will make suggestions, and even asked the chef to make marinara sauce for our ten-year-old grandson, who loves spaghetti! (Spaghetti is not on their menu) I like to try different cocktails, and we were delighted with the one that we chose, and ordered wine, as well. I wish that we lived closer and were able to come more often, but it is a special treat when we are in Myrtle Beach!

This was one of our most outstanding dining experiences. Staff were amazing, food was presented beautifully and totally delicious. We will make it our anniversary spot annually

From the hostess to the wait staff, it was obvious that everyone who works at The Library is an expert in the cuisine and is indescribably proud of the restaurant, it’s history, and it’s incredible food! Looking around at the other patrons, it was as if everyone felt special just being there and having this fancy dinner. And it was special in the way fancy dinners used to be incredibly special before restaurants became copies of each other. I’d heard about The Library for years and so glad we finally dined there. I really see what all the fuss is about! Can’t wait to go back!!
