    I made a reservation beforehand for a party of 4. When we got there, there were plenty of empty tables (it was basically empty, just people at the bar and one table behind us). When I made the reservation, they told me that we had the table for 2 hours which is expected. They sat us at the smallest table (which would really be a table for 2, not for 4). We were told they didn’t have any other tables available, even though the table right next to us was free. When the food came out, there literally wasn’t enough space for everyone’s meal. I had to make multiple complaints before they finally made accommodations. I understand if it’s because there aren’t any tables available, but the entire restaurant was empty.

    The food is exceptional, but the customer service is the worst, I really do feel if you are not Latin or white you are not welcomed. I have come there on 3 different times where I felt invisible as a customer and not welcomed. I made reservations each time and was seating almost directly in the rain and when I asked to be move it was a " is what it is" attitude, like they were unwilling to make concessions due to the rain. The outside bartenders had excellent customer service especially the lady but the front door people look like they can careless if you die right Infront of them.

    We had a great experience at The Latin Grille! The food was delicious, the service was great! Music is great!! Great Vibes!! Josmary and Miguel checked on us numerous times the two nights we were there to make sure everything was good!! We will definitely go there again!!

    There was a birthday party here this night. I guess the person having the party thought it was her own restaurant. She was screaming and yelling like it was her own place. Except it wasn’t. The restaurant has many other customers including my son and I. The food was good as always but some in the group made the entire evening a disappointment. I had booked a table for outside but when we arrived the outside area was closed so we had to sit inside with the extreme noise.

    Everything was good the only thing that we were disappointed was the hostess I made a reservation with time and when I got there she told that was no table inside available. I told her that I made a reservation with time and drive like an hour to get there so i need a table inside. She found a table inside and we were there for couple hours and a lot of empty tables inside the whole time . The food was good and the waitress was amazing but definitely not going back just because of that.

    The best place to go for enjoyment, relaxation and socializing. I enjoyed going here with my family and friends every weekend when possible
