All the staff were very welcoming & attentive .The customer service was a 10/10. Everything that we ordered was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was nice & really a vibe. My only suggestion would be to have fans for the outside seating it can get pretty hot out there especially since we’re here in Florida. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone & I will be back to try more things off their amazing menu.

Made a reservation for an indoor table at 8:30pm but when we arrived, we were seated outside.... Then we sat without being greeted for 20 minutes. The people behind us were seated after us and already got greeted and drink order took, they had their drinks before we even got greeted by anyone. Finally ordered and it took 2 hours for us to get our food. My food was part cold. We ordered a to go order and they brought it with our food. I asked for it to be brought at the end of our visit because I ordered shrimp ceviche, and it was HOT outside, so I did not want it sitting the entire evening while we dined. We have no desire to visit this establishment again.

I loved the music but it was extremely loud. Like a club. Everything else was on point. I will definitely return.

Everything was outstanding, since l’ve got there. Service, food, drinks , the show, people really fun.. The place is gorgeous, the decorations 🥰 lovely I can keep going ☺️ If you wanna have fun , good food, the best drinks in the area !! Come here. The organization everything 👏👏👏 And l never do reviews lol

I recently visited The Latin Grill for my birthday dinner with 4 friends and was deeply disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, even though the place wasn’t that busy. We waited for almost an hour just to get our drinks and much longer for the food. Speaking of the food, it was another letdown. The dishes were bland and seemed poorly prepared. My meal was overcooked and lacked any real flavor, while my companion’s dishes arrived lukewarm. For the price they charge, you’d expect something much better. Overall, The Latin Grill didn’t meet expectations in terms of either service or food quality. I won’t be returning, and I definitely don’t recommend it.

I made a reservation beforehand for a party of 4. When we got there, there were plenty of empty tables (it was basically empty, just people at the bar and one table behind us). When I made the reservation, they told me that we had the table for 2 hours which is expected. They sat us at the smallest table (which would really be a table for 2, not for 4). We were told they didn’t have any other tables available, even though the table right next to us was free. When the food came out, there literally wasn’t enough space for everyone’s meal. I had to make multiple complaints before they finally made accommodations. I understand if it’s because there aren’t any tables available, but the entire restaurant was empty.
