Service was perfect, they went the extra mile. Food arived early and was delicious. Looking forward to a return visit.

Another lovely breakfast. However this time (early midweek) we were the only customers. Lovely, friendly service and the menu choice for breakfast is really extensive. We had a friend with us who is gluten intolerant and this was easily accommodated

Enjoyed a lovely breakfast and the service was excellent. Plenty of smiles despite it being very busy.

Lovey place and nicely decorated. Just service was not great. Ordered a cup of tea which didn’t come. We asked for our drinks and they returned again with everything but the tea. I just left it as was taking part in the bubble run and then didn’t have time. Food was lovely and well presented. After the bubble run we sat back down and had drinks. After ordering a lady came out with the bill and said you have to pay now. Which we were fine about she was just a bit blunt. We went to pay for our own drinks to which she said we then need to pay at the till. Seemed like an rude encounter for which she then could not facilitate. The company which came with me noted that it was a lovely place but the staff did not know what they were doing.

We had a very relaxed brunch at The Lamp Room at Betteshanger Country Park. I had the Eggs Benedict with a twist - spicy sweetcorn fritters, smashed avocado and chipotle; whilst my husband had sausage and scrambled eggs on sourdough. We were both tempted by the sweet options as well but were too full to have anymore. Plus you’ve got to love a pretty flat white and some cool decor. All finished off with a stroll round one of the routes of the park in the sunshine - perfect!

We had a lovely family Easter lunch here yesterday and we have to say Mia was absolutely fantastic!!! Nothing was too much bother for her and she really did leave an impression on us! Our kids adored her too! The food was lovely good value for £25 for two courses each! We love the lamp room and will defo be back! Have to add having the huge play park right outside the restaurant is a double bonus so the kids don’t get bored!

Good food at a very reasonable price. The Easter Sunday lunch was excellent - short menu with about five mains and three deserts all well prepared and nicely presented.

Although the staff were very friendly service was totally disorganised, inefficient and at times no staff were in restaurant. We waited ages to be seated although we had booked a table & tables were empty, waited ages again for menu then the drink order then drinks then food. Food was good quality when finally arrived. This restaurant had great potential to be a little gem but totally missed mark when we visited which was a shame.
