The Lamb Inn is truly a family pub in more ways than one and you are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome.
At The Lamb we specialise in ‘traditional pub food’, all freshly cooked on the premises using fresh locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

As well as a regular menu featuring a wide range of dishes, including steaks, pasta, fish, curries and jacket potatoes, there are daily specials written up on boards around the pub. There's also a weekly special, where one of the most popular meals on the menu is available for just £5.99. Tea and coffee are available all day.

On Sundays we always offer the traditional choice of roast beef, lamb or chicken.

Dogs are also welcome if kept on leads.

Food was nice, although there wasn’t a lot of it. I had a mixed grill and the lamb chop was a little too blackened at the edges and it could’ve done with a bit of greenery on the plate, but the steak was cooked to my liking and overall a good dish.

A lovely experience. My wife is not a big eater nowadays and the staff went out of their way to accommodate her. Most Impressed

Excellent food - the meat just fell off the lamb shank and the hock. Vegetables were frozen, but cooked perfectly. The spotted dick and treacle pudding were superb. And all at good value for what you got, with a wide range of choices on the menu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely decor.

Under very difficult circumstances the staff managed to give us a meal within 10 mins of ordering. Hats off to them. Will visit again. Food was great, staff were brilliant.Thank you.

Great lamb shank n chops the food was warm so that's great. The guys there where friendly n quick to serve.

Lovely setting for our post Christmas family meal. Food was of a high standard and good value for money. The service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back!
