   The fish and chips were perfectly cooked but could have done with more chips. The chocolate orange deliver was beautifully presented but a little too dry sadly. The crumble on the other hand was perfect. Will definitely return for food again. Lovely service and made to feel very welcome.

   Prawn cocktail was a rip off. Five small prawns on two lettuce leaf. Main course was nice however I asked to swap leeks for some extra parsnips. Never received them. The service was sublime. Can’t fault that. Price wise a little steep. Prawn cocktail was taking the mick. Needs to be in a glass and of a bigger portion. Main course was nice however roast potatoes needed extra time in oven to colour up.

We apologise for the issues with the prawn cocktail and the roast potatoes. You still recieved one portion of the creamy leeks as the other member of your party wanted them, and normally there is 1-2 parsnips (depending on the size) and you recieved 4 as per your request, I hope that clears up any confusion with the vegetables.    Our group of 4 enjoyed a very good meal of starters and mains chosen from an extensive menu which would, I think, cater for most tastes. The two servers were polite, efficient and friendly and the meals were served very promptly. Our visit was on a quiet Thursday evening so we were not rushed at all. It is certainly a location we would visit again as there were many other choices on the menu that appealed.

   Just had a delicious Sunday roast. Excellent food and very good value at this friendly and truly dog friendly pub. Has knocked our usual local out of the ring. Will definitely be back.

   First time having a Sunday lunch. Vkean plates. It was lively. Partner said best one he had in ages.

   Six of us enjoyed a really great meal on Saturday lunchtime. There were two large parties that ordered their food around the same time as us, but we didn’t wait too long and all of the food came out fresh and hot and was all really delicious. There were two service was fabulous, friendly and efficient. Thank you.

    First time at The Lamb Inn. Went for a Valentine's Day (set menu). Friendly efficient staff, food was lovely, good value for money. Would come back again.
