We recently moved from Minneapolis to Mound and have been looking for new restaurants out in this area. We discovered the patio at The Lake Room\, which we enjoyed during the warm evenings of the summer. Last night we ate in the lovely dining room with our son and his partner. The food was outstanding! I especially recommend the Chilean Sea bass Skewers and the Coconut Shrimp appetizers which my husband and I shared as an entree along with a small salad. So good. We will be back often!

We had an incredible experience at the lake room. Incredible food, great service, very cool ambience, spacious setting, cool vibe. It’s a little pricey, but worth the cost for a high quality experience. We will be back !

It was the first night of the servers day and he was amazing. The food is always exceptional. And the place is a very nice venue for special occasions or anytime.

Love this place! The food is always done to perfection. The service is efficient and friendly. I love the atmosphere and fellow patrons are friendly if you happen to be drinking or dining right at the bar.

Good food, quick service, and a cute little place in near Mound, MN. Mound has no place that one can find good food, so Lake Room is a blessing.

The service was very good and both meals were literally perfectly prepared(fish and steak). First time at the Lake house so we were very pleasantly surprised- even though other ratings have been very good. Congrats to the staff at The Lake House !!
