At the Lake House, we’re short on formalities and big on making you feel comfortable. Stop by for an easy lunch on the deck with blue skies and a cool breeze. Linger over a romantic dinner and drinks in the warm glow of our fireplace. Enjoy the view of a snow-covered lake. Whether you’re with your boss or your best friend, you’re going to have a wonderful time, every time, at the Lake House. Around here, people love the water. When you take a look at the Lake House, this becomes abundantly clear (our location on the marina is no accident). Naturally, we have gorgeous views of the lake. And when the weather is good and enticing, we have an ample bar and deck outside where you can enjoy the breeze - and shoot the breeze with an al fresco lunch or dinner. We’ve even built this attitude into our bar: while it starts out inside, it ends up outside closer to the water. Come see for yourself.

We got there when restaurant first opened for the day at 4:30 so everything was chill and wonderful. Service, atmosphere, food, Was all great! It was getting a bit noisy and busy when we left at 6:30 but everything was still running smoothly and was enjoyable. We love The Lake House and always dine here for special occasions and when we want to entertain out of towners. Never disappoints!

Exceptional, started with the Head Hostess working us on the boardwalk even though our reservations were for inside. Then we had ‘Ben’ for a server, and he was delightful and very attending! Bonus, was able to witness a beautiful sunset. Our meals were outstanding.

My husband and I had a reservation for 24th wedding anniversary. The staff that took us to our table and our waiter were all very friendly. Unfortunately even after a discussion about how the restaurant makes their own gluten-free bread and I ordered an appetizer of toasted gluten-free bread, it never came. When someone else brought our meals to us, I mentioned it and he put the order in for it. When our waiter finally did come back by our table and saw it there he didn't understand why we got that order. We also did not receive silverware and had to ask for it after our meals were delivered to our table. The filet mignon was underwhelming. The amount of side vegetables that came with that meal was so small. My husband ordered the ribs, and it was also a very small portion and they were fatty and tough. We definitely aren't ones to complain and thankfully, the complimentary anniversary dessert of creme brulee was phenomenal. So we ended the evening on a wonderful note. Honestly, our go-to restaurant is always the Hearthstone. I have never found another restaurant that can meet their food or service. Unfortunately they were closed on Monday which was our anniversary.

The food was great! I had the sirloin cooked to medium rare and it came out perfect. I was very impressed! My partner ate the swordfish presentation was nice and fish tasted wonderful! Will definitely be going back!
