The Korean Cowgirl Restaurant provides a unique blend of Texas and Asian culture and cuisine. Here at the KCG we mean true low and slow smoked BBQ, cooked for hours over only real wood, no short cuts. Our Amazing wings and boneless bites are double fried for that crisp sensation.

Come and experience western dining for yourself.

Please note you are welcome to bring a celebration cake for your party, however we do not have any refrigerated storage for this. We do not provide any table decorations or balloons. You are most welcome to bring your own.

    The whole vibe of the restaurant and hotel is nice. DO NOT like that the toilets are mixed genders. Some of the servers were rude and a couple of them were really nice. The food was just bland, the mac and cheese had no flavour at all, all of the meat was so oily on everyone’s plates, the house sauce was nice but so sickly after a while. The best item was a side of Kimchi. The “Bao Donut” was more like a fried Churro and it was so hard it wasn’t enjoyable to eat, just overall disappointed especially with how much everything costs. We’ve been before last year and had the opposite experience, it was one of the best meals we’d had, the toilets were the same sex so they were kept clean and tidy and it wasn't uncomfortable, the vibe was definitely a lot better, so overall we’d say it’s a one and done visit. We all left feeling disappointed. Don’t know if it’s a new manager or something but there’s definitely a different vibe now.

    Our second visit to the Korean Cowgirl and just as good as our first. I attended the pitmaster course during the day and we ate later in the evening. The whole experience is highly entertaining and such a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone serious about proper smoked meats and bbq attend, you will not be disappointed.

    Good ok. Pricey though. Service fairly slow We were given an old menu which had a milkshake listed that we weren’t able to have. Chicken bites were a big hard with only small amount of chicken inside.

    The food was nice what we had . Unfortunately it was quite dark so had to use the torch to be able to see the menu properly (and the table next to us was doing the same) we was sat under the air conditioning so couldn’t take jacket off as was to chilly. Bit disappointed that burnt ends on the menu wasn’t what it says and one of our sides came out as the meal was finished, non alcoholic options are not that varied either.

    Service was slow and they gave our desert to the wrong table and we had to wait over an hour for the kids deserts to be remade. Had to ask for crayon for the activity menu they gave our kids. Food was slow but they were busy so totally understandable.

    Birthday celebration, ordered 3 lots of Mac & Cheese between 4 of us. It had no taste at all and we barely touched it have had better shop bought. Did notify our waiter and he said that he would feed it back whether he did or not we will never know. The smash burger is tiny for what you pay so don't waste your money. When the waiter cleared our table one of the side plates hit one of my friends on the arm, he did apologise but that was it. Luckily she was just left with a bruise. On the reservation did state birthday celebration and they did bring out a small plate with 'Happy Birthday' written on it with some, what looked like truffles but the birthday girl was unable to enjoy as the chocolate was stuck to the plate where had been sitting on the fridge and the truffles were filled with something fruity which sadly she did not like. I did ask if there was perhaps a complimentary drink but was told that the waiter had to be careful when he could do this as the bar is always manned? Not sure what that was supposed to mean but considering this is classed as a 5* establishment I thought they could have done better. We have visited the sister restaurant and that was far better.

    Rice dish was served in a bowl with fork and knife, didn't see that coming. Environment is nice, the fire place should be warm not just bulbs when guests could do with some warmth.
