The Korean Cowgirl Restaurant provides a unique blend of Texas and Asian culture and cuisine. Here at the KCG we mean true low and slow smoked BBQ, cooked for hours over only real wood, no short cuts. Our Amazing wings and boneless bites are double fried for that crisp sensation.

Come and experience western dining for yourself.

Please note you are welcome to bring a celebration cake for your party, however we do not have any refrigerated storage for this. We do not provide any table decorations or balloons. You are most welcome to bring your own.

    Had really lovely meal at the cowgirl. Our waiter Jamie went above and beyond. Recommend all food dishes to go for. With a lovely lychee delight as well! Even going extra mile with birthday plate for my partner as well. Hotel and venue was lovely. Defo will be returning.

    The Korean Cowgirl was a lovely venue and we enjoyed the atmosphere but unfortunately the service was incredibly slow and the chicken was undercooked so we were unable to eat it. This was the first time we had visited so it may be a one off, we would like to return to give it another go.

    Outstanding scenery and ambience, food was amazing and we had plenty left at the end, trying to plough through the smokehouse meat board for two. Hotel made a big effort to recognise my fiancées birthday as I requested. Even bringing a plate with a message and truffles while we sat out side by the open fire after dinner. Loved it and would highly recommend to others wanting a peaceful and premium experience together.

    Went for my husbands birthday - bar area decor was very impressive -sat outside under the tented area with fire pits warming it all up - cocktails were lovely food was outstanding (too much to eat so had a doggy bag!) waiter and restaurant manager were super friendly. My only complaint was that in the outside area smokers can sit wherever they like and the smell of smoke wafting around was not very nice - perhaps designated smoking areas would be an idea? - however we will be back! Thank you 😊

    Don’t like to leave negative reviews, especially somewhere that’s normally great but can’t deny we’re really disappointed with our last visit. Service all day (Sunday 14th July) was woeful…. Constantly having to get the attention of staff for drinks & waiting 20+ minutes for them to arrive. Football was on but wasn’t busy at all. To top it off we had a table booked for 9:45 for after the game had finished to be told the kitchen was closed! You can imagine the disappointment ! This is not normal for The Cave but can’t deny that it didn’t ruin out night completely.

    Not very inviting didn’t know what door was the entrance could be better signposted. Staff very young - mean that with the best intention but they don’t give off the right vibe and look miserable like they don’t want to be there. Food was appalling- never been before and had high expectations for my daughter’s 18th. Bland in taste or acidic - felt like heated up mush this was the meat board for two. Burger and milkshakes were the best things about our evening. £10 per milk shake Not asked if finished before clearing away Pudding - churros came out 1st 15 mins later ice cream- I understand that due to the nature of some dishes there will be times when the food will not come out at once but a bit of ice cream? Drinks heavily overpriced cocktail £18 Will never return massively overrated

We do have a sign posted just outside our door, next to our smokers to direct our guests to both hotel and restaurant. I would like you to be aware that our kitchen team and directors work tremendously hard to ensure we provide 5* dishes and experiences for our guests, we have won awards for our dishes. We have a lot of new staff members joining our team at the moment so we apologise for any inconvenience it caused. We are all about 5* service here at Cave but these things can take time.
