Our fabulous COVID-safe pop up brings you modern eating in a gloriously, spacious, luxe rural farm setting, overlooking the Warwickshire countryside.

All day dining, locally roasted coffees, scrummy cakes, brunch, lazy lunches and dinner with a view.

The Kitchen Pop Up at Primrose Hill Farm is perfectly located between junctions 11 and 12 of the M40; no more than 10 minutes from each; making us the ideal venue for your business and social gatherings

We only select, prepare & serve you the absolute best food & drink we can source; we have so many local food heroes that take pride of place in our dishes. So be assured that everything is freshly prepared in our kitchen, if it’s good; we will chop it, slice it, marinade it, bake it or grill it!

The Kitchen Pop Up at Primrose Hill Farm is all about food, fun, family ; friends; joining together around the table (albeit a smaller table this year!); a foodie heaven full of unctuous, comforting delights, place for memories to be made.

The location of this pop up restaurant and the inside decor and ambiance is excellent. Food is very well cooked and beautifully presented but perhaps lacking slightly in flavours. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Perfect for Sunday lunch.

We arrived with our grandchildren who we had not booked for and were made very welcome as always. They were very well looked after as were we, however my pankaces were just saturated in syrup. Served on the side would be better. Fraser really enjoyed his full English. Still miss the delicious chocolate bread though. Thanks guys, Jac Allan x

Gorgeous location with splendid views. Our first and main courses were very good. I had a dessert - treacle tart which was disappointing as the pastry was too thick and soggy. Staff also were not very attentive. I tried to alert their attention to order my dessert and in the end had to get up from my table to walk over to the bar where they were chatting to place my dessert order. Also I asked the bar staff what red wines were available and they were not able to give me any information about the wines, just showing me the wine bottles instead.

Everything about our visit was perfect, the food especially was incredible, especially the banana bread!!!

This was our fourth visit but our first for over a year. I’m sorry to say that I think the standards had dropped. The greeting and initial impression was good, staff were friendly. First drinks were delivered fairly quickly. Room was still attractive , weather too poor for us to eat outside. It’s really just details from then on. A tea ordered was forgotten. The eggs on an avocado toast were cold. The full English seemed mean for £17. Then mistakes were made on the bill ( again! has happened every time ). Just felt that although nothing was terrible nothing was great. Not sure that I’ll hurry back.
