Located at The Winchester Golf Academy, The Kitchen @ is an independent all-day dining offer that celebrates British ingredients and local producers.

When it comes to our food, we believe in following the seasons for fresh, bold flavours, served simply for maximum enjoyment. We care about where our food comes from, how it is produced and harvested so, wherever we can, we source the highest welfare and support local so we can do our bit to reduce food miles.

Open for brunch, lunch, dinner, coffee from 9am daily , expect a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. We care about people - whether our staff or our guests, so we’ve created an environment where people can thrive and guests feel welcomed.

    Friday 16th August, kicking off at 7pm out on the terrace. 5 Tapas dishes followed by Paella for the table, all alongside 6 of the Damm Brewery's biggest beers! The team from Damm are joining us for the night to talk through both the heritage of the brand and the characteristics of each beer. Tickets are £35 a head.

    The Kitchen at Winchester Golf Academy, is an excellent place to grab a quick bite after using the golf range or if you want to meet friends for coffee. The menu has a nice choice of food and lovely cakes. The staff are always friendly and welcoming too.

    Easy to book and convenient as a meeting point, can be busy but food varied and reasonable with a nice small comfortable informal space.

    I had booked a table for lunch online (albeit within an hour of arriving) but the staff hadn’t received that and so the table wasn’t ready; luckily it wasn’t as busy as usual and the staff quickly managed to fit us in. Also worth noting that it gets really draughty when the door to the outside golf bays is propped open, so we had to keep our coats on (although eventually I went and closed the door). Minor niggles which show it is not as slick as it used to be, however we’re steadfast regulars who enjoy the menu, service and convenience of the free parking so these won’t stop us from visiting in future.

    Great choice of food and great service. We have been to The Kitchen a few times now, using it as a midway point on a dog walk. The staff are very efficient and friendly and the location is dog friendly.

    Good weather so sat outside, check table service or not, as was very busy inside. Had to ask for condiments, sugar, pepper. Great mug of T is good value.
