    There were only 7 or 8 breakfast items to choose from. Food was ok. We were disappointed

    We ordered two sandwich’s, fries, clam chowder and peach cobbler. The clam chowder was good. Rich and creamy without a lot of potatoes. The sandwiches might have been better if they weren’t slathered with an excess of sauce. So much so that the bread disintegrated and all you could taste was the sauce. This happened on both the ahi tuna sandwich and the vegetarian sandwich. The peach cobbler was very odd. First it was so dark that another patron asked me if it was a lava cake. The topping was not typical for any cobbler I’ve had before.. It was very grainy. The atmosphere was nice and the service was pretty good. They did however seat us in a small room with an over abundance of ceiling fans which made the room very cold. I heard others in the room complain about it but they remained on.

    We loved that they placed us in a quiet tucked away location as requested. The server was friendly and efficient. The food was overpriced for what it is, the food was not up to the level of everything else happening. The coffee was not good or quality tasting. If you are going to charge top dollar I expect clean ingredients and exceptional flavor. I ordered the birria benedict, it would have been delicious if the waffle under the benedict had been thought of at all- instead it was a sweet vanilla buttermilk batter- off for the salty spicy meat topping. A corn based savory waffle would have helped, but the waffle ended up being really wet and sweet. The hollondaise was delicious, my poached eggs didnt have ANY runny yolk. The small side salad had slimy lettuce. The potatoes were good. I wouldn't go back for the price tag- Heirloom Kitchen has breakfast for about $4-6 less on average and the menu is clean, creative and delicious and they buy local/seasonal when possible. Gotta step it up Stonebriar, its a lotta show and not substance.

    The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The service was not great, waitress delivered food and never checked back. We wanted some coffee and the check and had to go looking for her to ask for it. The wait staff was pretty busy chatting with each other instead of tending their tables, gave us the cold shoulder when we tracked her down. Pricey for the level of service

    I was very disappointed in getting warm gin for a martini. I have no idea why. It took quite a bit of time getting our check because the wait staff was busy moving chairs around.
