Welcome to our famous wood panelled dining room where you can enjoy a variety of dishes carefully prepared by the experienced award winning Chefs. Inspired by a love of modern British food, the menus are built with a unique variety using the best quality produce & ingredients, much of which is locally sourced.

Whether you join us for lunch or dinner our lavishly designed lounges offer an ambient, restful space to relax, unwind and look forward to the sumptuous dining experience and are perfect for enjoying the sea views.

Our Table D’Hote menu is served Monday to Friday midday until 2.30pm with evening service from 6.30pm until 9pm and Sunday 4.pm until 7pm. Our beautifully crafted A La Carte menu is served every Saturday from Midday – 2.30pm and 6.30pm to 9pm. Our famous Sunday lunch service is from midday until 4pm.

Excellent! Took an elderly friend for lunch, he had suffered a serious stroke 2 years ago and he declared he had a wonderful meal and a wonderful day. Service was excellent and friendly. Look forward to visiting again.

Good food in a pleasant environment. Staff were friendly and attentative . The sunday lunch is very good value and the beef was excellent

Excellent night, we went to celebrate friends 50 birthday. It was worth it. The night started with drinks in the lounge. Before being seated in a lovely window overlooking the river. Service was excellent Food fantastic Value great. We’ll be making this on if our regular evenings out. Would highly recommend.

Our experience was wonderful, from reception to service to food. All staff where so polite and helpful, restaurant was clean and bright. Food was cooked and presented perfectly for all six of our party. Definitely will book again.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend to try. Food and service were both excellent and very good value for money. Will definitely be returning and telling friends about the Kingsway.

Absolutely lovely. Great value for money. Plenty of choice on set menu. I would recommend anybody to try this restaurant

Great service and the best beef I've had for a long time. The only very slight gripe is the menu didn’t explain what vegetables came with the Sunday lunch, it was our first visit, and as they came a good five minutes after the main plate was delivered to the table we initially thought that we’d forgotten to order them. Now we know, we’ll definitely visit again
