Welcome to our famous wood panelled dining room where you can enjoy a variety of dishes carefully prepared by the experienced award winning Chefs. Inspired by a love of modern British food, the menus are built with a unique variety using the best quality produce & ingredients, much of which is locally sourced.

Whether you join us for lunch or dinner our lavishly designed lounges offer an ambient, restful space to relax, unwind and look forward to the sumptuous dining experience and are perfect for enjoying the sea views.

Our Table D’Hote menu is served Monday to Friday midday until 2.30pm with evening service from 6.30pm until 9pm and Sunday 4.pm until 7pm. Our beautifully crafted A La Carte menu is served every Saturday from Midday – 2.30pm and 6.30pm to 9pm. Our famous Sunday lunch service is from midday until 4pm.

We really enjoyed our lunch at the Kingsway. The service was fantastic with the staff being very attentive and polite. The food was absolutely delicious and the right amount of food provided for a three course meal and the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream is a must, i didn’t want it to end. Definitely will be returning very soon!

Absolutely brilliant food, brilliant and friendly service. They also created a happy birthday pudding with a sparkler for my friends birthday, which was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this restaurant and i will definitely be back again 😊

Five of us enjoyed a lovely lunchtime meal. Food was delicious, well presented as well. Staff were attentive and helpful. All in all a great experience.

Nice to order food in the bar beforehand and then be called into dining room when it was ready.Menu was varied and interesting but not too big and had something for everyone . Setting in the dining room was spacious and relaxed over looking the sea and an added bonus-lovely white linen and napkins . Service was friendly and professional . The food was lovely and everyone was very happy with what they had chosen . We’ll definitely recommend it to others .

Staff very friendly and polite. Waitress service whilst waiting for table which was very nice. Main course, I had the pie and my wife had the poached haddock, was lovely. Not big helpings but just right. A card was left on our table wishing us a happy anniversary which was a nice touch. The sweet was lovely, sticky toffee, very nice and large. Set menu very good value, Would definitely go back.

The experience was very good overall but the total time from start to finish was over 2.5hrs which for some may be relaxing but I thought there was too much time in the ‘lounge’ waiting to order then waiting for the food to be prepared before we were allowed to sit at our table. The food though was very good and very good value

Great food and great service. A hidden den. They need to shout about the 3 course deal, especially on Saturday night. Put it on your website now!

Had a nice evening at the Kingsway. It was very busy and the staff seemed stressed at one point, however they were very no polite and professional. We had the set menu. My steak was a little tough, however all the rest of the food was delicious. I would highly recommend.

My wife had Chicken Supreme after the seafood starter , all very good , although the Crab was pretty tasteless, I had the soup starter as I could not have the Chicken Pate off the regular menu , I don't like Duck pate , so went with the soup as the two menus cannot be mixed. We went off the A La Carte. I had the Captains Platter of Haddock goujons , Scampi , Squid and Chips , peas. This was very disappointing , the batter was soggy on the fish and Squid , the peas were very dry. I think it was left standing before being brough to the table , as it was pretty busy on the night. The first time I have been and felt disappointed.
