Boasting a pristine setting along the Wando River's meandering waterways, the beautifully appointed two-story space features an abundance of windows that maximize natural light and picturesque views. Envisioned and executed by renowned Charleston-based Cortney Bishop Design, The Kingstide's rustic yet refined interiors offer a nautical nod that goes beyond coastal expectations The menu offers a variety of seafood dishes thoughtfully presented in both raw and wood-fired preparations. Inspired by the beautifully simple flavors of the sea, The Kingstide partners with local and regional fisheries, farmers, and purveyors to showcase the Lowcountry's bounty through fresh, seasonally driven cuisine.

The server was very attentive although the pace of receiving our main course and desserts for our part of four was lengthy. Two of us ordered the scallop dish ($42 each) and it consisted of three scallops the size of a quarter and a serving spoon scoop of mashed sweet potatoes—significantly overpriced and nothing outstanding. The roasted chicken dinner was dry and unappetizing in presentation and taste. Pecan pie dessert was overcooked and very lacking in filling and taste. Ambiance was friendly and lively and we had a table with a nice view. Current menu offerings were not our favorites and nothing really stood out. Hopefully they will bring back some better choices from previous menus.

We had a lovely dinner at Kingstide! The outdoor patio has a lovely view of the river and the food and ambiance was just as wonderful. We also had a very professional, kind, and attentive server. I highly recommend Kingstide for a lovely evening meal.

Food and wine were excellent. Our server wasn’t very attentive to our table. If the weather permits highly recommend outside seating. All in all a great dining experience

I surprised my wife with a nice dinner. The hostess and waitstaff were spot on and food was great!. Nice place with a view of the Cooper river and also a drop point for the island ferry. Reservations were ready and even early, easy to find the restaurant also

Our server, Nikel was awesome. She was attentive came and checked on us throughout our meal Good was fantastic. We will be back.

We were visiting from Atlanta and dropped in for a romantic dinner for two. Dargon was a wonderful server from start to finish! The food from starts to dessert were all flavorful! Make sure to not miss the crunch pie!! DAMNN!!! Thank you for a wonderful evening.
