A warm welcome from our team will greet you at The King's Head. Once inside, you can expect a cracking pint, a glass of lovely wine or a G&T at the bar, along with some delicious classic British dishes from the kitchen.

The pub is much bigger than it seems. To the pub's rear is a charming dining room, lovely outside seating, and a grassed beer garden.

It was very busy and the staff were fantastic, the food was great, this is our second visit within 2 months. Great value, top marks, great place to eat

Visiting family in the village we used the pub over the weekend for socialising over drinks, snacks and meals, on all occasions the staff were friendly and proficient. Sunday lunch was as good as it gets, delicious! Such a lovely pub restaurant well supported by the local and wider communities.

First visit… warm welcome as soon as we arrived . The dining room was contemporary and comfortable. We ordered a main Sunday roast dish from a choice of roasts which were delicious and of a high standard. A homemade crumble ( Custard available too 😀) and Bakewell pudding completed the meal with coffee accompaniment . We truly enjoyed this experience and hope that it represented a consistency for which we cannot wait to experience again.

Very easy to book via app, polite friendly staff prompt service, roast lamb was very nice and the veg cooked just right

Always an enjoyable evening here. Great food and very good service from a lovely bunch of staff who are friendly, helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with Overall a great place to go for a nice meal in a friendly local pub.
