A warm welcome from our team will greet you at The King's Head. Once inside, you can expect a cracking pint, a glass of lovely wine or a G&T at the bar, along with some delicious classic British dishes from the kitchen.

The pub is much bigger than it seems. To the pub's rear is a charming dining room, lovely outside seating, and a grassed beer garden.

Great food , great staff , very dog friendly - would recommend to anybody for Sunday lunch , evening meal of a quick lunch

Excellent food meeting all dietary preferences. A great selection of beers, larger and wines. Attentive and helpful staff. Highly recommend this both for the Tuesday night specials but anytime great atmosphere. Erik

Lovely food as always and great value Was seated at a table though and then asked to move which wasn’t the nicest experience

Table wasn't ready for booking time, then when got a table waited 25 mins for someone to take my order 2 tables that were seated after me got their food and i was still waiting for someone to take my order, In the end decided not to stay and told the person at the bar that I hadn't had my order taken and that I was leaving as service was so poor and the best thing was I still had to pay for the drink I had rather than say that they were sorry they hadn't been over to me which would have at least made up for waiting.

Great food. Very busy on a Tuesday which is why I haven’t given 5 stars for service, but the staff work very hard

Fantastic food and staff would return again , we did the special £12 Tuesday deal and the food for the price was high end and flawless

The Sunday roast looked fantastic. Huge portions. Interesting veg selection. I chose the vegetarian option which was tasty but would have benefited from being served with a better selection of vegetables and potatoes as it was a small dish in comparison . Great atmosphere in the pub.Staff were attentive and very pleasant and on the whole this was a very good dining experience
