The stately looking former manor house, is set back from the road in acres of grounds surrounded by the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Our Restaurant offers an unforgettable dinning experience alongside a traditional bar and large garden area. Our Head Chef's seasonal menu draws on the rich Norfolk larder of produce, much of it sourced on the doorstep, like Brancaster molluscs and local farm reared meats using innovative and modern cooking techniques. During the summer holidays the outside bar and kitchen is in full swing from noon til late. The pub warmly welcomes families and children have their own menu and the safe, enclosed garden and play area is perfect for youngsters to let off steam. The 4 guest bedrooms offer stylish relaxing ensuite accommodation, perfect for a special getaway, overnight stay or weekend break (dog friendly).

Nice cosy , relaxing pub. We ate in the evening . Relaxed atmosphere. Food was great - catch of the day really fresh and rest of the menu decent , well cooked and tasty.

Lovely welcoming pub restaurant with beautiful relaxed dining inside and out. Staff are so friendly and efficient. Delicious fresh food.

Lovely meal, great welcome. Great value. It was our anniversary and staff took time to write a card. Very pleasant place and food was excellent.

Car park well signposted however the actual venue was not, it was difficult to identify the building as the kings arms. Food was reasonable could have been hotter roast potatoes were not crispy but overall fine a little more seasoning would have helped as would a more generous helping of gravy. The pudding was lovely the best bit of the meal.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Kings Head. Very friendly surroundings, and were able to accommodate our large dog. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. We look forward to our next visit.

We have never been disappointed with our eating experience at the King’s Head, from our welcome when arriving, the table we are given (which also takes into account our accompanying two dogs), the excellent food and service, the warmth of the log burner at the times of year it is needed and general ambience.

A good atmosphere with friendly and helpful service. Meal was only average at best and overpriced for what it was. The 10% added to the bill for 'service ' with no mention of it was not appreciated. Will not be returning as I can get similar standards for cheaper at lots of other places.
