Made a Reservation for 8PM on a Tuesday evening. Once there the seating was quick considering only half the restaurant was open(upstairs, and bar area was closed). Water was quickly brought to our table and we ordered drinks. 20 mins or so had passed before we received our drinks which we brushed off. The restaurant begin clearing out and after 35-40 mins we had been approached for our orders. We ordered our food, at which we proceeded to wait almost another hour. The restaurant had cleared out and we were the only remaining table. We received our food at 9:43, which at this point is 1hr43 mins after arriving. When the food had arrived, it was cold and the mashed potatoes had a coating had if it had been sitting under a warmer for quite sometime. The steak at which I had ordered at Med-Rare was very charred and overcooked on one side(which is amazing to cook the same steak with two different cooks). The lobster tail was very dry and petite. The workers had started cleaning around us and setting the tables which made us feel rushed. For the amount of money that’s paid it was a horrible experience and ruined the rest of the plans for the remainder of the night. Will not be dining there again.

As always food was delicious, service was slower than our past experiences but overall we were pleased with our meal.

We came here for our anniversary, and we're both blown away. The Keg is a pricier, higher end place, and the different between it and other places we've been to was immediately apparent. Staff were incredibly professional, kind, and wonderful. The food. Best steak I've ever had, if you even want to call an 18oz prime rib a steak. More like a small roast and I ate the entire thing and wished I had more! It was amazing. Well seasoned, juicy, and I am looking forward to coming back. If I were to find things to complain about. There were some beggars around the property, which sometimes can't be helped, and also my knife was a little dull, but those are just nitpick. Highly recommend The Keg. Wonderful experience despite being a little out of my normal price range.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal with friends. Our server Aferdita was a treat. Great knowledge of the menu and an incredible sense of humor. She was always available but not overbearing at all. We had a mix of appies and enjoyed prime rib, steak and lobster…..along with some excellent French wine.
