   I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at The Keg. From start to finish, our server was amazing—attentive, friendly, and completely on top of everything. They made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at just the right times, and created a welcoming atmosphere that made the night even better. The food was phenomenal—easily the best Keg dinner I’ve had in a long time. My steak was perfectly cooked, better than I’ve ever seen, with incredible flavor and tenderness. Every bite was perfection. Overall, 10/10—fantastic service, incredible food, and an experience that truly stood out. Can’t wait to come back!

   Disappointing experience. Tried the St Catherine’s location for the first time. Danny Ocean Cocktail - overly sweet. Mushrooms and Cheese dip - delicious Ordered one Keg classic meal and one solo entree. The salad that came with the classic, visibly looked like they ran out of lettuce. Could see the plate through the bottom of whatever few piece of lettuce were on the plate. Certainly wasn’t the norm for the Keg. Taste wise- it was fairly wilted and not crisp. My entree came rare instead of medium. The server took back the steak for it to be recooked. The same steak was served with a new plate including sides/ accompaniments. I feel like communication was lacking throughout our visit. Had our server mention this would be what would occur I would have enjoyed the sides while waiting the over 20 minutes for my steak to be reheated. The other tables had full plates replaced (prime rib/ lobster/ seafood) During this long 20 minutes of me waiting- and my husband eating, we counted 4 other tables in our section have meals replaced. Clearly there was a kitchen issue this evening - which they they then recognized. We ordered a bottle of wine - which was finished without offering us another drink, water glasses were never refilled either. Overall it was a frustrating evening, and we waited 30 minutes for the bill. No birthday Billy minor pie offered, despite those around us receiving. Was a disappointing evening, with issues being resolved easier with better communication.

   Our server was fantastic, I unfortunately forgot his name but he definitely made the experience amazing! Food was delicious paired with great drinks.

   We sat in the bar area to eat , we waited Atleast 10 minutes for drinks , our salads and bread came out fast .. then we waited forever for our mains to only have to send mine back because my steak wasn’t cooked to how I wanted it. Very disappointing when we were out for a special occasion looking forward to the meal and have to send it back because it wasn’t right. Also when she brought the bill there was an extra charge that we didn’t have so we had to flag her down to change the bill , just wasn’t the experience we expected.
