There is great value in ordering a 18 oz Prime Rib with 2 lobster tail and sharing it with your love one. That was what my wife and I decided to order together with Ahi tuna, avocado and crispy chips and a Ceasar salad. We had a fulfilling and tasty meal at a reasonable price. This Keg restaurant has been one of our favorite steakhouse in Richmond. Their service is awesome and personal and the ambient was surprising very cozy.

We usually go to the keg in Lethbridge for my birthday, however we decided to come to the coast to enjoy with my family and friends this year. I ordered the steak and lobster with the brussell sprouts. My lobster was extreamly dried out, (so was my husbands) and the butter to dip it in was barely warm. i never got the brussells they gave peas and carrots (even though i had requested and willing to pay for) till i reminded the server, finally got them. My best friend ordered the blackened chicken and they forgot to put her order in. Finally she got it when we were almost done. My grandson had the fillet mignon and the bacon was rubbery around it and he asked for medium and recieved rare, which i talked him into eating anyway. This was supposed to be my special birthday party with my parents, family, 2 best friends, and husband as i dont fly out often, and my mom is very opd and probably will be my last birthday with her. All in all i was very disappointed. My husband and i live in a very rural town in the East Kootenay and dont have many higher class 4-5* restaurants and we do enjoy getting to go to them. We probably will not return. Our server was quite nice but we felt he was over his head in things to do as it was a busy night there.

Food was delicious as always. Our waiter, Spencer was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our sons birthday dinner was special and memorable.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had a Keg. The server was rude and condescending so much that I went to the manager about it. She was amazing to deal with. Overall not sure I’d return to this location.

Always enjoy this Keg and location. Typically we are on the dining side and not the lounge side. The lounge is much too crowded and less personnel spaced. Otherwise food and service is great. Prices are getting up there
