As usual, The Keg offers consistently good food, but this particular location fell far short on service and environment. Our waitress was inattentive, never once coming by to refill our water. We ordered a beer that she forgot to bring until I asked for the bill, and there was no apology. Additionally, poor ventilation left me smelling like food after leaving, suggesting inadequate air circulation. The twice-baked potato was dark brown, adding to the overall disappointment. I have no plans to return to this location.

First so so meal in a long time. Normally order Prime Rib Classic 10 ounce and it’s always been outstanding. I decided to order just the regular 10 ounce Prime Rib. Very dissapointing as the Prime Rib was thin and more like a 6 ounce and double baked potatoe was blah. Burnt on top and certainly not flavourful or creamy. Unsure what the onion side was but greasy, Luke warm and awful. My first really bad experience at the Keg in a long long time.

Steak was great and service was good. Ambience could be worked on but place was pretty empty; maybe less than 20% occupied. Course they sat the two drunk loud guys close to us. And the place was empty.

We had a very excellent service from Patrick. The food is very nice and we appreciate the birthday cake surprise! The cake is very delicious, way to end a sumptuous dinner!

The Keg in Richmond is Great ! , the staff is courteous and professional. The food was served hot and in a timely manner . Make sure you give yourselves extra time to park . Parking fills quickly. Cheers

Felt a bit pricey for the dinner we received. Normally great mashed potatoes were a bit gluey and the lobster was overdone. Our wait staff was awesome!! Can't say enough about her, she made the evening as the food this time sub par. That being said the Tuna tartar was superb!!

Busy like usually lucky put a reservation. The back area of the bar was good not too loud that we could hear each other conservation so that was good. Now our server was excellent her name is Sarah did one amazing customer service. Happy-go-lucky Person you can tell she loves her job, she always smiling and came to us making sure the food was good and we need refilled our drinks. . knowing our server as a personal basic that was good she was very comfortable talking to us. I do recommend her as your sever you won't regret it. It's good to see a server that really likes their job a lot of people just do it because of the money and not about the customer. Keep up the good work we will be back in your section. Have a beautiful weekend! Georgina and Friends
