Always enjoy this Keg and location. Typically we are on the dining side and not the lounge side. The lounge is much too crowded and less personnel spaced. Otherwise food and service is great. Prices are getting up there

Shayla is the name of our server - I dine out a lot around the world (having lived in 3 countries and 6 cities) and would classify her as one of the top 5 worst I have ever had. We ordered "3 Pepper Wings" from the Happy Hour menu, where no description about the item indicated in any way that the dish would be spicy. There was a fair amount of chili oil that made the wings very spicy. I don't eat spicy food, period, and would not have ordered the item had there been any mention of the dish being spicy. Shayla dismissed my description of calling the item spicy and kept saying it was not spicy at all simply because she herself did not find it spicy. She proceeded to tell us to go on the Keg website, contact the head office and complain to whoever that created the menu. I laughed. How does a she get to have m a job at The Keg? Does the red get zero applicant or something? I appreciate the manager taking the item off my bill at the end, but seriously, telling me to go to The Keg website to contact the head office?

We were there for my fiancé’s birthday Sunday evening. It took about 15 minutes for the server to come and take our drink and appetizer order, he was clearly very busy and overwhelmed. Our appetizers came very quickly along with some of the drinks. However we had finished our appetizers and half the table had finished their cocktails before our bottle of wine for two of us was ever brought over. It took almost 30 minutes to receive our bottle of wine. I was disappointed that after that long of us waiting for our wine that a manager wouldn’t have come over to apologize or show any recognition that it was taking way too long, a simple apology from the server or management would have been appreciated. Again as I said it was my fiancé’s birthday and I put in the reservation it was, and no dessert was taken care of for him, also disappointing. The food was good over all.

Everything was excellent, as usual. The staff always go out of their way when it's a special occasion, but our server Chasta, was exceptional.
