in Saskatchewan, this is what we were served tonight when we each ordered a mai tai. And it was clearly a pina colada in looks and taste. We even sent the first ones back which were thick and creamy/milky. This is a remake (served the same way, just not as thick). The bread that is served is served with garlic butter - but the bread isn’t hot. (!!!) The mushrooms Neptune was tasty but missing something. And presentation of it sucked. The caps were not fluffy - they had completely fallen. We always share a meal (sirloin classic) when we go. It has salad and steak. Our salad was served in two dishes but our main course was only on one. On a positive, it was tasty; even though the croutons were mushy. Doug’s garlic-mashed potatoes were not mashed and contained no garlic he says. We were not offered a complimentary piece of Billy Miner Pie to celebrate 🎉 We are VERY disappointed with our experience here dining in Regina. We are newly appreciative of all that the Lethbridge franchise does for its Guests and we will go there soon and tell them so!

Absolutely wonderful experience, the servers, and hosts were amazing! The food was great, however the portion size of the lobster/crab meat/and steak could have been alittle more on the sea food. Other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you.

My prime rib was overcooked and my wife’s steak undercooked. The salad wedge was much smaller than last year and prices all went up. No one acknowledged our anniversary as I indicated on our reservation. I never usually complain but Honestly disappointed this time.

An all round great experience. The entire staff that attended to me were great. I had a proposal there and the staff were cooperative and helpful. The food was great…especially their hot wings.

We have been to the South Keg many times and this was our most disappointing experience. It was a Sunday night at 7:30 and the place was quite. The service was ok although not very attentive. We were asked if we wanted more bread and we said that would be nice…it never came. One of our meals had to be sent back as it was dry and with little flavour. The other 3 meals were OK but we have all had much better experiences at this restaurant. While the manager did come to apologies, it felt like the one person in our party who did send their meal back was being unreasonable with expectations that were higher that what was their standard offerring. It will likely be sometime before we return to this restaurant although it had been a go-to in the past.

Fantastic Evening! It was my husband's surprise birthday supper with family. The staff were super accommodating and the service exceptional! The food was superb! My gluten, dairy and other food sensitivities were all accommodated with a smile! We had standard seating, but were placed at a table with space, it was perfect! Thank you The Keg and it's staff! You blessed us with a wonderful place to celebrate!

As usual, everything was great. Bacon wrapped fillet was perfectly cooked, adding peppercorn sauce on top made it even better. Free Billy Miner for our anniversary was appreciated. We'll be back.
