I did have to return my steak as it was literally burnt, not chared as the manager tried to explain to me who is an experienced meat chef. I found her tone rather patrinizing as she rolled her eyes at me saying " it's not burnt its chared " and this is done to keep the juices in". Trust me, I know the difference between chared and plain burnt which this was and after my third terrible steak in 2 months I finally had to return this one, to get a half decent steak after my wife had finished her meal. Nit a great birthday fir me but i tipped $25,00 all the same.. I have been a keg fan for over 40 years. I really hope the Peterborough keg gets back on track. Perhaps it's new management or cooks or meat that's the problem.

Down to 5 scallops now, not 6 and very small!! Steak and lobster.. 6oz $59, 8oz $63.. same taste in keg food but certainly less food for more money now.. garlic mashed potatoes not overly hot and what is with that butter?? Not a fan

Our waitress was amazing!!!! It was a bit hot in the restaurant but otherwise lovely. Prices are a bit extreme though.

I had an amazing dining experience at The Keg! The food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was exceptional—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a fantastic evening, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! Jamie Lee

My prime rib was 25% fat which I could not eat. The prices are getting ridiculous.

The Peterborough location used to be excellent, our past experience was terrible. We made reservations, when we showed up we waited 10 minutes past our time. Our wait staff seemed to be in a hurry every time they came by. I ordered a Guinness and it was 3/4 poured and she took the rest. We waited quite a while to get our meal. Our reservation was at 430 and we didn’t leave until 650. It was my wife me and our 6 year old son. I was looking forward to treating her for her birthday, and we were very disappointed. There was something wrong with the heating system as well, were extremely hot during our visit.
