We always love coming to the Keg to catch up. Nihar is a great server and we always enjoy his company! Thanks again for a great night out :) Ps. Don’t skip the French onion soup

I was at the Keg (our favourite) with my wife, son and daughter in law. While visiting from Ottawa. As usual the steaks, prime rib, appetizers , potatoes and veggies were excellent! Our server Scott snd manager Devon went above the call of duty. We will be back 😀

Came for a birthday dinner. While waiting for our food (which was already taking a while despite the restaurant being fairly quiet), a mouse ran under our table, along the wall to the next table, then across the room to another cluster of booths/tables. We told our server (who was excellent throughout the whole night) and she offered to move us. After continuing to see the mouse scurrying, we decided to leave. The manager came around, offered us to take our food on the run but we told them we were a bit turned off by having mice in the dining room so we just wanted to leave. We paid for our drinks (which for such an expensive restaurant seemed like poor service, guests are leaving before they eat due to rodents in the dining room) and left. Won’t be going back to The Keg anytime soon, too expensive to have to deal with mice and mediocre service (from the manager, server was excellent).

Food was good. Had Lobster dinner.. they forgot my husbands lobster with his steak but took that off bill snd lobster arrived later. Service slow .. we were greeted promptly but then waited for 15/20mins before anyone came to take our order. We had appetizers which were good but no sooner we had finished then our main arrived. 🤔 I requested wine but that came at almost end of main entree🤔. This Keg used to be top notch with its service.. last few times same issues.. not sure if I’ll ever return to this keg. Disappointed in service and this was a Wednesday 🤔

1. Great service; 2. Food would have been 5 stars but two steaks - ordered medium rare (came rare - red on outside - dripping): another ordered medium and it came red on the inside - even waiter agreed; One steak was well done when asked for medium. 3. Billie miner pies were a hit. Thanks.
