I waited for like 10 mintues even though I booked before coming. I think that’s something to take into consideration for future customers

They stuck us in bar area with loud noise. We had reservations Waitress was very pleasant. Food mediocre. Outback chain US made a better steak. My sirloin was dry and tough Salad was overloaded with sauce making it inedible Wife did like her filet mignon Doubt we will return to Keg

Two large Christmas parties were making a lot of noise, celebrating as if they were in a private event space. It was extremely disruptive.

Checked-in at 7pm. Front of the house told us to wait near the elevator. Stood there for almost 20mins until I asked again about our table and they said they were going to sit us. 10mins later, still nothing. So we waited 30mins while having a reservation. Food was amazing! The prime rib was amazing. They have the best steaks, really. The free cake for the bday celebrant was a nice gesture. It was also really good! Place was a little too noisy for us who just wanted to have a quiet dinner. I thought there was an area in the second floor for that but we were seated in the bar area. To be fair, this was our first time in this location so I’m not sure if the noise was expected.

I had booked for bar seating but we were placed in the dining area. We had come for happy hour but they told us the dining area doesn’t do happy hour. The server said they would move us to the bar area but then told us they could give us happy hour prices if we just stay in the dining area. The bill did not reflect the happy hour prices. We did not want to bother the server by calling out the mistake as she was so nice.

The wedge salad and tuna tartare appetizer were delicious and very large portions. Excellent service and great value!!

Placed a reservation at The Keg and specifically asked for a booth with more quiet seating; The reservation was a dinner discussing family matters (and specifically chose The Keg for this as well) and I had emphasized the need for a booth. The reservation was made on a timely basis and not a last minute request. However, the restaurant looks like it doesn’t take into account specific notes and placed us right in the open and very close proximity with multiple parties. We were uncomfortable (and steak was cooked quite well-done than our requested medium rare), but the service was nice.
