Food was great but service not so much. Server never made herself available, only walked by our table every once in a long while and would quickly rush by as if she wanted us to not see her. Dessert menu was never offered but our anniversary was not acknowledged. Poor customer service.

Even despite making reservations, our table was not ready at the time of arrival and we waited for 20+ minutes with my 95 year old mother, after denying being seated at a high top table. We were finally seated at a small table next to a large, very noisy group of people. Couldn’t understand our own words. Having a conversation was difficult . Sparkling water was ‚sold out’ and we got served still water for the same price. Then we waited for over 1 hour to get our meal. The waiter tried his best and apologized, but all the manager offered was a free piece of ice cream cake. Not planning to go back to this location.

The steak was perfectly cooked to our liking. Our server Kristen C. She was polite, fun to talk to and made our night. Definitely the best I have come across!

We were placed at a table that shouldn't have even existed. There was a narrow path and a wide path and staff kept taking the narrow path, often brushing up against us.

The service was great and we were seated at a both on the first floor that was away from the front door and the bar. It was nice and quiet and it was also less busy that night due to the snowstorm. Our server was wonderful and checked in on us throughout the night. Prime rib was nice cause it was more on the rare side which I liked and mushroom dip, lobster bisque and onion soup were tasty and done well. Appetizers were a bit pricey and overall food was a bit on the salty side. Regardless, still a great dining experience tonight!
