The Keg has always had a high standard for dealing with allergies, but they went higher this time by providing a printed list of ingredients for each order. This provided an extra level of assurance for family members with severe allergies. The food and service were great as usual.

We sat on the patio and it was a lovely happy hour survived Brooke, who was fantastic again. I hope she’s our waitress every time we go! Our meals were great, and the drinks were perfectly poured.

I had ordered the Prime Rib with the salad. The server gave me the main course before my salad so I asked where’s my salad. After some time, I still did not get my salad so I asked again. My salad finally arrived when I had finished half of my prime rib. The Caesar salad was soggy as if it had been sitting with the dressing for a long time. Considering it was a slow day for the restaurant, I expected much better service. It took a long time for my bill so I went to the receptionist for payment. The server appears to be inexperienced as he did not check on us when our meals arrived to see if everything is ok (or even asked if I needed condiments (salt&pepper, ketchup). We’ve been there in a much busier evening and had received much much better service. So much for a date night with my spouse.

Our dinner was fantastic. Great service, seated by a romantic fireplace and the culinary experience was delightful. Mains cooked to perfection, gin basil cocktail was tasty and the Billy miner pie was the perfect finish! We will be back.

Our server kept forgetting things and it took forever to get his attention. Our appetizers and salads all arrived at the same time then we found out our steaks will be out right away and asked them to put the breaks on the steaks. Two minutes later they said the steaks would be 10 minutes. We had only had a couple bites of our appetizers and had not started our salads! We could not get the message across. There’s no way to shovel all that food down fast enough to make room on the table for steaks. We had appetizers show up barely after our first drinks already. We don’t go to the Keg to have the equivalent of fancy fast food that they want to sent out as fast as possible. I don’t go to eat a multi course meal in an hour. So ridiculous!

We again had a fantastic night the staff is always so great and ready to help. From the second you check in until you leave they are making sure you have everything that you need. And the food is always top notch and consistent.

Excellent service and food at the Keg. We enjoyed the outdoor patio that was in the total shade for dinner. It was our anniversary and our waitress gave us our desserts for free. Enjoyed the lobster with steak and the double baked potato was awesome! Thank you so much Andie, for the excellent service!
