   Great vibe, fantastic food & phenomenal service by Julita. The Keg is THE PLACE to go to celebrate a birthday - a hostess came by to give me a personal greeting and a card from the staff. After our dinner, I was offered a complementary BIRTHDAY DESSERT - didn’t think restaurants did that anymore so what a wonderful SURPRISE! Couldn’t help but notice that in our section there were 3 other tables celebrating a birthday, and now we know why.

   We had an exceptional dining experience at The Keg. The food was outstanding, the drinks were excellent, and our waiter, Kyle, provided superb service—attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for such a memorable evening!!

   Booked to celebrate my husbands 50th bday. After about 30 minutes waiting for our order to come in, dining room manager Kenneth Delorme, showed up with our meals, except mine only had the stake on a plate and he explained “your twice baked potatoes are not ready yet, get started with the meat and then we will bring the rest when ready” it was very disappointing to see such poor presentation and how this was handled. Laura, another manager, came after some back and forth and apologized, a few minutes later she showed up with the potato to add to my meal (both meals were cold by now, and the meat was not up to part anymore. They took care of the bill after our obvious frustration. The moment was ruined and it was not fun anymore, we barely enjoyed the meal. I guess you only turn 50 once. It is unacceptable that someone just comes with an empty plate with horrible presentation and says to get started, just like that. Overall The Keg Marketmall proved not to be a choice for dining I would recommend, maybe lack of training or qualification ( not sure which one) are affecting the quality of the service they offer. Definitely I don’t recommend this location.

   First time having dinner at the one in Market Mall. Nice ambience. Foot was very good. Presentation was impressive. Recommended.

    The food and service is always high standard. We were there to celebrate our Grandson's birthday which our server Zack acknowledge and the dessert ( Billy Miner ) was appreciated.
