All 4 steaks were under cooked One steak was sent back to get cooked Waitres and manager did every thing to apologize Discount on bill was very unexpeted

Ashley is the most wonderful server. She went above and beyond to make our experience the best. She is very happy, attentive and understanding while conducting herself in a professional manner. She understood what it mean when I said I was celiac, and ensured my food had no cross contamination. The food itself was delicious! We had 2 prime rib diners’, they were well seasoned and cooked to perfection along with the sides myself having asparagus and mushrooms and my dad a loaded baked potato. The cocktail and beer were also served in chilled glasses and so tasty! Thanks Ashley and everyone at the Keg for making a hard occasion a beautiful one. -Carah H

Everything was exceptional as per usual…however, it was a full house (great for business!) and the noise levels were brutal. I couldn’t even hear my daughter talk who was sitting beside me. Otherwise, the Keg at its finest 👍🏻

Good food as always. Server was exceptionally busy but still managed to make us feel like we were important. For a Saturday night, the noise level was reasonable and we had a very nice booth. Quite pricey. For two, with tip, it cost us $250. We did have a few drinks though. We would come again.

They changed their happy hour so it’s only available in the lounge and patio. We already had paid and then asked why we didn’t get any of the happy hour pricing when that’s mostly what we ordered from. The sever said he would check with the manager and see if they can do anything. We got tired of waiting and decided to leave and caught the manager on the way out. The manager was not empathetic and instead patronizing with an unprofessional demeanor. She was very condescending while telling us we should have read the fine print. I suggested including it in staff training to tell patrons of the change as we would have ordered differently. She then proceeded to tell me they tell people who ask and that they are privately owned so may operate differently than other kegs… PS for a family establishment, the manager should get with the dress code. Sever was friendly and nice, however we waited a long time to order. They were out of birthday candles and out of large ice cubes for cocktails, and out of Heineken zero. We will not be returning to the Langley Keg location given management. I would recommend the Burnaby Still Creek Keg location. That is our typical spot for family dinners and the service and management are always phenomenal.
