Awesome night at the Keg with a group of friends. Great food and even better service! Carter was amazing! Attentive server who was always there when we needed another round. Relaxing night out… we never felt rushed.

The Keg, as usual, is always a great choice, a 5 stars across the board kinda place. However, this time I am giving the food only a 4 star as they have downsized the portion of the Blackened Chicken... which is my favorite.

So we visit the Keg in South Surrey on a regular basis (about 8 times per year). Over the years we have come to enjoy the service of the food and the value. That WAS NOT duplicated at Langley location. First, please note that this is a franchise location (which we learned after attending) and so they do not have a Happy Hour like South Surrey (which is a Corporate location). Secondly, the server who behaved as though it was his first day ("uh I dont know, Ill check, I think so, etc) but turns out he has been working there for 7 years did not take the concerns we raised seriously nor did not wish to elevate them to the next level. He did not offer separate checks, and we had to have them redone due to the errors. Too numerous to mention here. Thirdly, the portion size were extraordinary small (yes we know all portions at restaurants have become smaller over the past years) but this place was exceptionally small. And made all the more painful given the pricing. I ordered the same thing I get at the South Surrey location and the steak was super small, the mashed potatoes were flat the veggies too few to count. We highly recommend that you do not chose this location. Dont waste your precious dollars.
