I I’ll definitely go back to the WATERDOWN Keg next time 7pm on a Saturday night. I expected it to be busy but aside from the noise, service was quick and polite. the food was nice but not exceptional. decently priced. had to remind the server for EXTRA sour cream which I had asked for and she brought me one little container. The French onion soup had very little cheese on it but was as good as ever. I would rather sit in the back of the restaurant because sitting in the front room was like sitting in a fast food restaurant. and I will stick to wine next because your Keg Caesar was seriously watered down and your bartender needs to be taught how to make. B52 Coffee.

Parking was a nightmare. Lot was full and 6 or 7 other vehicles looking for a spot. Had to park at a hotel down the street and walk back. Once we got into the restaurant for our reservation the service and the food was great.

As always our family had an excellent meal at the Keg on Upper James. Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful. On the downside the music is too loud. The restaurant was extremely busy (which is great!) but all the people at tables in our section had to raise their voices in order to hear each other. There was a table of 8 who was extremely loud, probably because the music is so loud everyone raises their voice to be heard over the music. We could barely hear ourselves talk even before this group arrived. Other than that it was a great evening and we look forward to our next visit.

The customer service provided by the server and the manager were top notch. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our food and went above and beyond when one thing didn’t come as we expected. Would definitely recommend this restaurant

My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our birthday last night, our service was amazing and accommodating despite us being a few minutes late for our reservation. The meal was prompt & delish! Our server was attentive and personable. & even better we got a HUGE piece of ice cream to share even thoigh we were stuffed... It was probably the best ice cream cake I've ever had lol Over all we are extremely impressed and will be back soon !

My husband and I always love a night out at The Keg, because we know we'll get excellent food at a reasonable price-point, even in these post-pandemic days of crazy inflation where a fast food meal costs as much as a meal from a proper restaurant. So we booked a table at The Keg for my birthday. Everything was excellent as always - but we had an absolutely stellar server, Rob, who really went above and beyond and turned a lovely night into a very memorable one! He was earnestly warm & friendly, anticipated our needs so we didn't have to ask for anything, and he made sure that everything was perfect from start to finish. If you'll be dining at this location, see if you can request to be seated in Rob's section for an elevated experience!
