Food was tasty and the issues we did have with our order (2 steaks not cooked to our liking) were resolved quickly. Our server was great and the manager was also pleasant and ensured we enjoyed our meal.

Great experience overall between the food and service. Thanks for the great service from Blaise who provided an all around great experience. You don’t see a lot of that these days anymore. Good luck on the wedding planning! Cheers

Our server was Ben and he was fantastic. Very attentive , professional and funny. We really enjoyed him as our server. The front staff when we checked in was a little snotty. We asked if we could have a table instead of a booth and were told you have to ask for it when making the reservation. You cannot request this when booking g through open table online.

Unfortunately not our best Keg experience! We come to this location every few months for celebrations and date nights and always have a lovely time. Last night...not the best(although nothing so terrible that we won't return :) We got seated in Siberia...not in the main dining room, but in the furthest section past the bar, in a corner. Easily the worst table we've sat at in the restaurant...should be reserved for walk ins or people who specifically request a quiet out of the way table. But whatever I get it...someone has to sit there and it was our turn this time. However it seemed like our server didn't have any other tables in that area, because we didn't see him at any other tables directly around us and didn't see him in the rotation of servers/support staff in the section. We had to flag down other servers a couple times and waited with empty drinks for a bit and then again waited after we finished our meals. Probably not totally his fault...I know it was busy. The food was still great, but we missed out on the ambiance and service that we have come to expect from The Keg. We will definitely be back but just wanted to make a note...if you seat people in an out of the way table...make sure they don't get forgotten about :)

Great food and service. Cost has increased just like everywhere these days, however you get what you pay for, and as a special occasion the Keg is value for money.

What a spectacular evening. From the moment you walk into the door, you are treated with white glove service. It had been a decade or two since I’ve been to the keg since I’m not really into chains - but wow was I blown away. I consider myself a foodie and work in the customer service industry and felt like I was dining at a five star restaurant with the hospitality provided. Our waitress Heather was attentive, helpful and had a great sense of humour. There was some miscommunication as we asked to be switched to a booth last minute that left us hanging for a good ten minutes at first. I was skeptical in that moment. But the bar manager Kaz was so apologetic and took care of our drinks and we didn’t even proactively complain. I honestly cannot say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was with my dining experience last night. The food was great but the service blew me out of the water. Whoever is running this place knows exactly what they are doing. Bravo!

A wonderful birthday dinner. Our server was amazing kind so wonderful and helpful. Food was amazing. Billy Miner pie was even better than usual. Also my hostess who sat me I believe Tess was her name. She was so so sweet. I love my keg

I've been to The Keg many times but my filet mignon was awesome tonight. So tender, great cut and cooked to asking.
