When it comes to steak, there has never been a more reliable level of quality than that always received at The Keg. The ONE thing that we noticed (and disappointed in) was the Mushroom Neptune, which we ALWAYS order as an appetizer. It was way too liquified/runny.

Our server Jen G. Was great. Very attentive and made sure all our dining requests were met. Food as usual was great…we had the feature steaks which were outstanding.

The food was okay, seems like it’s just rushed out. And taste is not super great! For a $40-$50 steak!! Service was wonderful.

Had the KC strip and it wasn’t a great cut, and was also way over-seasoned with what I think was Montreal Steak and a soy sauce based marinade. Way too salty!

Food is always good at the Keg but service was lack lustre. When I booked the reservation and when I arrived I let them know we were celebrating a birthday. I was never offered the free dessert, I had to ask for it. Our waiter let the bill sit on the table well we ate. He also assumed my boyfriend was paying, which fine. Then when I paid he then asked my boyfriend if he’d like the receipt even though I paid. Over all the experience was so much worse then I’m use to when dining at the keg, I usually have no complaints but our waiter was hardly around, didn’t pay attention and didn’t care.

Bar and lounge had fantastic service. Food was delicious. Attentive to us and didn’t ask, “so, what are your plans for the rest of the evening?” Any managers that read this, have your servers STOP asking that generic, I don’t care what your answer is, question.

Great atmosphere. Unfortunately we were sat in the lounge at some random ledge where people kept walking into us. We were then sat and waited a good 10 min for our server only to then wait another 15 for our drinks. Food was great server was nice just wish we were served a tad more promptly

Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary - a quiet table for 2, excellent service and our steaks and seafood were excellent. The cocktail special Kegnogg was tasty and we can’t get enough of the stuffed mushrooms. Thank you!
