Everything was perfect except for checking in at the hostess stand - we received an email earlier that said if we checked in about 30-45 minutes earlier than our reservation time, we would have a good chance to get by the windows - we did that, went to their bar, came back at 45 minutes later, which was our normal reservation & they said “Oh, it will be 45 minutes more”. Not even sure why they sent us the first email if it’s going to end up being 1.5 hours wait for a window table ?

The food was good. My lobster my cooked to perfection. The garlic mash potatoes were excellent. The service was awesome. Jordan our waitress was amazing. I order a Miami Vice frozen drink. That was the best one have ever had. Definitely a 5 stars in my book. The only thing our table was not by the window but you could see the Falls where we were seating. So not a complete disappointment. Definitely will go back!

Restaurant was extremely noisy. It would cut down on the noise not to have all open tables. Food was very good. Waitress was very stressed which came through in her demeanour. Otherwise was a good meal.

Excellent staff, food and a wonderful experience. We were there at 7pm in mid September and it was too dark. We didn't realize that we could have asked for a light but later saw some people with small lights at their table.

The Keg is a great place for a nice dinner, and has a great view of the falls lit up at night, and nightly fireworks at 10pm. When we finished our dinner they let us stay to watch the fireworks, and we grabbed drinks at the bar. The food and cocktails were so good. Our server Keara was awesome, she gave us great recommendations and was very helpful with other tourist questions we had. Great experience!

We generally love the Keg and only have had positive experiences ( 2 other locations being Hamilton and St Catharine’s). However we found the waiter ( Mani to be over the top and annoying - asks questions then cuts you off was more worried about giving us the standard textbook greeting - even when we lost eye contact he continued as if he did not hear us at all). One dinner was perfect - no complaints. The other steak was over cooked and was not medium rare ( more med-well). Of course, Mani asked how our meal was, we explained situation, said it was fine but we were just making him aware. Fell on deaf ears instead we had to listen to the coached storyline that the lighting by the window overlooking falls can be deceiving, how does it taste? Did not want freebie - were simply providing feedback - don’t ask the question if you do not honesty. Manager (Jessica) wanted to give the same lighting speech - facial expression none existent. Asked about getting another steak, said all was good simply trying to reiterate poor cook - again don’t ask for feedback if you do not take it seriously.

Muy rica la comida y muy buen servicio lo que no me gusto es que reserve con dos semanas de anticipación para tener una mesa con vista a niagara falls y no me la dieron

Overall terrible experience. We have eaten here many times in the past and food/service was good but this time our experience was horrible. We checked in to our reservation and then were given a pager to wait for our table. 25 minutes later we went upstairs to the resteraunt. We checked in with the hostess and were told to wait to the side for our host. We waited 20 minutes while other people who came up were sat, finally we checked back in with the hostess and they had forgotten to seat us. We were brought to our table and it was dirty, we had to stand in the middle of the resteraunt while they cleaned the table, once seated it took 10 minutes for a waiter to come over and take our drink order. We placed our food order and I order medium well steak, my husband medium prime rib. My steak came out medium rare and definately on the rare side. I finally flagged down our waiter 10 min later and asked them to recook my steak. The steak was gone for another 20 minutes before they brought it back recooked but this time without the mushroom accompaniment and the steak sauce I had asked for. When the manager brought over my steak I complained and also mentioned my Husband's meal which he was fine just eating undercooked. Very dissappointed there was no discount or even dessert offered. Definately ruined the dinner and we will reconsider visiting in the future.

Been to the Keg many times. Everything was great and service was awesome. My only complaint is that prices were higher than regular price which I guess is expected given it is a tourist area.
