When making a reservation and adding any requests be sure to say it again and show the hostess. We had made a request for window seating in the reservation 7 pm on a Saturday. When we arrived we were told our table wasn’t ready and to wait in a lounge for our text. When we received the text we headed up to the restaurant to be told we can sit way at the back now or wait another 45 mins for the window seat. Funny story in walking to the far back side we passed several open window seats so I returned to the hostess stand and was shown a window table as reserved.

Our server Laurie was engaged and excellent. She was helpful and treated us to a spectacular mocha mousse cake for our anniversary. A wonderful experience. Note that the entry to the main dining room has a more casual, bar like atmosphere. The main dining room is more special but not formal.

Very expensive compared to other Kegs, and while the food was tasty the portions were small compared to what you normally get at all of the other Kegs. Service was mediocre, not up to the typical Keg standards. We went to celebrate a significant milestone, booked our reservation at least one month prior and then were seated at a table towards the back of the dining room (which normally I would be happy with, but not for this milestone, hence the request. The waiter never asked us if we wanted drinks, appetizers or desserts. Like I said, it was good but not up to par with the Keg's normally high service standards, too bad.

Very convenient and very nice for special occasions. We made reservations here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was delicious, but the Billy Miner pie was the icing on the cake! ❤️

VERY noisy and only the first few rows of tables have a view of the falls. Parking is expensive at $50 for valet. Food and service were good.

Great location but extremely busy. The tables located at the back of the restaurant require better lighting give the bright sunlight at the large windows facing the falls. Our server was extremely helpful and tentative to our needs. The food was great as usually and continue to meet our expectations.

Everything was perfect except for checking in at the hostess stand - we received an email earlier that said if we checked in about 30-45 minutes earlier than our reservation time, we would have a good chance to get by the windows - we did that, went to their bar, came back at 45 minutes later, which was our normal reservation & they said “Oh, it will be 45 minutes more”. Not even sure why they sent us the first email if it’s going to end up being 1.5 hours wait for a window table ?

We absolutely loved our meal. The service was good. The dessert was top notch. However, the View was the Greatest? I would defiantly recommend.
