My 2 aunts and I enjoyed our meal at The Keg. Brady was a wonderful server. We had pistachio crusted salmon and prime rib roast. Very good. I was surprised that my Caesar salad didn’t have bacon or croutons, but otherwise was good. Also pleasantly surprised to be able to get a decent 6 oz glass of wine for $10. The only real criticism we had was how loud the music was. It would be nice to enjoy conversation without having to shout over the music. A bit exhausting. It was more annoying than energetic.

Jacob was a terrific waiter. Attentive, kind and informative. His menu suggestions helped make a lovely anniversary.

The most fantastic experience we have had at the Lynden Keg and we visit a couple of times a year. Our server was new and on her last of training and she was more than ready. Loved her attitude, efficiency and accuracy. Even her trainer who was standing by to observe and assist added to the positive experience. Food was amazing! The steaks and cooked to perfection. It was the best visit we have had in the last 3 years thanks to both our servers and the chef who cooked the meals. Please use this experience as a standard to continue delivering great service and food! I wish I took down their names, but if you’re reading our review please know that we had a 4pm reservation in the standard seating area to pin point who we were served by and provide them with proper recognition

We went for a late date night Friday June 19th 8:30 pm. It was quiet and we sat in the bar/lounge area. I ordered the filet mignon medium and my partner ordered the strip loin medium rare. Those were the best steaks either of us have ever had! Prepared perfectly! Staff was very polite and friendly! I wish I could remember our server’s name she was exceptional! I know she did mention she and the bartender were the only 2 left for the night. We will definitely return and most likely will be our main Keg to visit!!!!

Being a large man. The booths were very tight to sit comfortably. The servers were great.

My husband had the peppercorn steak and was not disappointed. I had the lobster tail which was yummy and cheaper than it was when I was on the east coast. We shared the mushroom dip and it was also delicious. We finished the meal with a crème brûlée which was free for my birthday, it was perfect. We sat on the patio, it doesn’t have the nicest view, but was still enjoyable. The service also was great.

the last two times we've been to the Brantford keg our prime rib has been extremely fatty. Last nights meal (the 18 oz prime rib) was over a 1/3 of fat. I did bring it to the attention both times to the manager and last night they brought me a new piece of prime rib that was good, I get prime rib has some fat on it. I've a feeling the kitchen or the waitress should have caught this issue both times before the meal was sent out. At 53.00 I wouldn't expect 1/3 of the beef being fat. That being said we've had the same meal many times at the Waterdown location and have never had this issue.

The service was very disappointing. It took way too long to get our food. We still waited quite a while even after the server apologized for the length of time that had already passed. The server was not very attentive even though she did not seem busy. Oddly though, I needed to slip outside for a phone call and noticed 5 staff at the front desk joking around. Very disappointing!!!
