Very high priced for what you get. Sirloin was overcooked. Ordered mac and cheese never got. However waiter gave us some cheesecake for free waiter was good food just ok

Rib eye was excellent ! Burgers for two people overcooked and dry! Calamari was very good. Server was nice but we constantly had to ash him for water etc.

Service was superb. Vegetation meatloaf was burned at the top and inedible, but the restaurant apologized and gave us a discount. They treated us to a slice of ice cream cake for our birthday occasion. The salmon covered with pistachio was excellent.

We have been going to this location for years and it was always exemplary. Yesterday a very different story. The garlic mashed potatoes were at least a day old, carrots were hard, old carrots that were inedible. The steak . . . Felt like we were eating steak cooked the previous day. We were so disappointed as this restaurant was our “go to” for special occasions.

Our table was waiting for us. Our server, Eliza, was immediately ready for us, answered all our questions and was very attentive. The wait for appies and then food was brief but we did not feel rushed at all which, for Banff, is terrific. Overall a great evening.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at the Keg Steakhouse. Our server was so very nice and helpful. The food was delicious. This was our favorite restaurant in Banff.

I ordered the 18oz Prime Rib which was about $55.00. The meat was very tough and had a lot of grissel and sinuew. This was about a third of the order. Disappointing.
