    Wonderful food, with attentive staff in a lovely setting. My only frustration is that gratuity is automatically added to the bill and I believe you should always give the customer a choice and have it as an option when customers pay at the end.

    We loved our dining experience at The Kara Fleet. The food was great and the service was excellent!!! Ambiance was superb and very cozy. great place to celebrate birthdays. Will definitely come back😊👍👏

    Very quiet evening which is normally good for a restaurant. Too many waiters seemed bored, stood around or not sure what they should do. We got asked if we wanted more drinks 5/6 times while we were eating which we found quite rude. Food was good portion sizes, however food was cold/warm when served to us, the cold plates do not help. The overall price for the evening was expensive. My mum asked if the waiters could sing happy birthday, they did and brought out a lovely heart shaped cake for one with a candle and sparkler. Mum did not get told this would cost £12.50, if she had known we probably wouldn’t have worried, especially with how small the cake was. One lovely Turkish waiter and had good chat which picked the evening up. Overall experience above average but will need to save up lots of money to go back, especially with the 10 percent service fees

    Lovely restaurant with a great party atmosphere on a saturday night. The food was overall amazing, such big portions. The only criticism is the lamb (chops and shikh kebab) was overdone and brown instead of pink in the middle as it should be. Otherwise lovely food. We had a small issue with the bill where the server counted our cash wrong and tried to get us to pay more money which dampened the experience a bit at the end. However I would return and really enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere.

    Really massive thanks for a perfect evening yesterday. Food and Service outstanding. Amazing team and looked after us so well. Fully booked and deservedly so. Relly enjoyed. Only challenge was a full resturant so noise levels were high and made it bustle but hard to chat.
