Another great experience. Celebrated a coworker who’s moving to a new job and another coworker’s birthday and this was the perfect spot. The service was friendly and her recommendations were excellent. The food was delicious and innovative. Will definitely visit again.

Great menu, food, beer selection. The variety and quality of their food and service are excellent and why it’s one of our favorite grill pubs. Their prices are very reasonable also. We’ve eaten there about a half of dozen times and the servers are alway pleasant and accommodating,

Our 2nd visit and we really want to love this place for many reasons. The problem is that The Jersey Goat is marketed to be an elevated dining experience but there is no elevation to be found. We got there early so we could go to the bar and have a drink before our dinner reservation and our bartender, Mike was great. He was fast with the menus and the drinks were delicious so no issues there. When we were ready for dinner, we were told it would just be a few minutes as they wiped down our table. Once at our table there were obvious rings of liquid from the dinks of people before us and the table was sticky. We cleared our silverware and menus to make it easier for our waitress to clean the table. We waited and waited but no one came. We ended up using a napkin to wipe up the water rings then used the damp napkin to clean the sticky areas. Then we chose our meals and waited. A little while later a woman walked up to us and asked if anyone had helped us yet. We said not yet. She rolled her eyes in frustration and walked away. A few minutes later a waitress rushed over with ketchup, salt & pepper, silverware roll ups and an apology, but we already had all of that on the table so that made for an awkward moment. The restaurant was not busy, there was no one waiting and about 50% of the tables were empty. I also don't understand the club dance music playing with dinner. I did not get our waitresses name because she did not give it, but she did fine once we got rolling. My wife ordered the Parmesan Cream Grilled Chicken. The chicken was dry & overcooked, and the parmesan cream was more like yellow soup, but it added a good flavor to the dry chicken if you dipped each bite. I tried the Blackened Bone-In Rib Eye, and it looked, smelled and tasted great but was delivered by the manager who looked very disheveled with his wrinkled shirt untucked wearing black & white converse sneakers. Overall, not a bad dinner date night but nothing more than an Applebee's experience.

our server was wonderful! i think her name was skyler. food was delicious and portions were great for the prices. only negative was my husbands burger was over cooked. we’ll definitely go back!

Outstanding greeting and service however the food was mediocre at best. Steak was not seasoned at all and the steak sandwich was not good enough.

Overall it wasn't a bad experience, I was just expecting more than what we got. None of us were thrilled with our meals. They weren't horrible, just average. The pricing on the menu was different than what was on line as well as on the table menu. There was a table menu that listed the mimosa flight for $30 but then in the menu we were handed it was $25. Atmosphere was ok, not busy at all on a Sunday for brunch. It took a while for our server to actually come to our table to even say hello. It looked like she got sat several tables at once. The pancakes were really doughy, the eggs benedict were overcooked, and the captain crunch french toast was overcooked as well it seemed, hard to eat. The single peach mimosa I got was nothing peach about it. Disappointed as I have been wanting to try this place and went there for my birthday brunch. Don't think we will be back as it took us 30 minutes or more to get there. The staff were nice enough but food left something to be desired.

First visit! Service good. Wings were undercooked but tasty. Burgers very good. Nice menu. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant! Give it a try. Reservations honored and tables actually reserved. Pub atmosphere

The Jersey GOAT was a great dining experience. This establishment has a wide variety of drinks, wines, and beer selections. Their food menu is fantastic in that. There are a number of appetizers and small shareable plates to make it very casual and enjoyable. Very comfortable inside with lots of TVs to keep you entertained. The service was spot on attentive. so if you want to casual place to dine, you, gotta check this place out as we highly recommend it.
